I was able to shadow the unit I was interviewing for before the formal interview with my manager
Listening to their employees. Considering we are on the floor day in and day out. My manager hardly shows his face but he gladly excepts the credit for the great service we provide.
Matching other hospitals' base pay would be a great start. However, they know that they will constantly get a group of new grad nurses walking through the door so they don't care if their current nurses are burnt out
