Mr. Lewis J. Critelli, also known as Lew, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Norwood Financial Corp. since January 1, 2010. Mr. Burke has been the Chief Lending Officer of Wayne Bank since October 2013. Mr. Burke served as a Senior Vice President at Norwood Financial Corp. and Wayne bank since October 2013.
