Every quarter, managers will have the opportunity to submit promotion recommendations for employees who have demonstrated the ability to perform beyond their current responsibilities. Promotion recommendations will be reviewed in the month following the quarterly deadline, and approved promotions will become effective on the first payroll date following the approval.
There is a promotional policy in place that NovuHealth uses. It requires collaboration between HR and the manager.
