Does Novu, LLC have any remote positions?
Depends on the role. Some developers are remote and our Client Executives work from home.
Yes, depending on the position. Client Executives work from home as do some of the dev team. Most are onsite as a core competent to the culture is collaboration and teamwork. There are flex-work options though!
How does Novu, LLC make decisions around promotions?
There is a promotional policy in place that NovuHealth uses. It requires collaboration between HR and the manager.
Every quarter, managers will have the opportunity to submit promotion recommendations for employees who have demonstrated the ability to perform beyond their current responsibilities. Promotion recommendations will be reviewed in the month following the quarterly deadline, and approved promotions will become effective on the first payroll date following the approval.
