Mr. Jay M. Tannon is Partner at DLA Piper US LLP. Mr. Tannon also serves as a Partner and General Counsel at Novus Energy Partners. He helps lead the infrastructure and private capital practice at Patton Boggs LLP. As a partner at Patton Boggs, Mr. Tannon counsels private equity funds and other businesses on infrastructure projects, business acquisitions and other strategic transactions. He previously worked for Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP as a Partner. Mr. Tannon is a member of Pillsbury Winthrop's corporate and securities, international trade and private equity practice sections and leads the firm's business practice in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. He served as a Partner of Cadence Infrastructure, LLC. He is a former Corporate Partner and Chair of the International Transactions and Government Relations practices at Frost Brown Todd LLC, has joined Pillsbury Winthrop's Northern Virginia office as a partner. Mr. Tannon is a leading corporate practitioner and has counseled U.S., Canadian, Australian, European, and other domestic and international businesses, both public and private, on acquisitions, joint ventures, direct investments, product distribution and licensing arrangements. He has also served as general business counsel to many companies based outside the United States. Mr. Tannon is a three-term chair of the Kentucky World Trade Center, a member of the Services Advisory Committee for the U.S. Trade Representative, and immediate past Chair of the U.S. Department of Commerce District Export Council for Kentucky. He served as a Director at Cadence Infrastructure, LLC and Vivao. He is also active in numerous other civic, professional and philanthropic organizations and helped launch a new U.S.-China commercial mediation service. Mr. Tannon is widely published on issues relating to U.S. and international trade and transactional matters. He has been selected for 20 consecutive years as a Preeminnent Attorney by Martindale Hubbell, and he has been recognized for many years by the legal services industry publication Best Lawyers in America. He received a J.D. from the University of Virginia, an MBA from the University of Louisville, and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina. He has participated in academic programs at Harvard University, Georgetown University, and the University of Toronto.

Mr. Mark F. Huang is a Partner of Novus Energy Partners. Mr. Huang served as a Senior Vice President of Technology Lending of GE Media, Communications & Entertainment (Formerly, GE Commercial Finance Global Media & Communications) since May 2005. He served as Senior Vice President of GE Energy Financial Services, primarily focused on venture investments in the clean energy, transportation and water sectors. He also worked with GE business development teams in alternative energy and hybrid electric transportation. Mr. Huang joined GE in 1997 and has worked with GE's Energy Financial Services (EFS) unit with a focus on energy technology investments, as well as developing new markets as part of the EFS Strategic Marketing team. His cleantech venture investments include Silicon Energy, Catalytic Solutions, Ocean Power Deliver and B456 Systems, Inc. (formerly, A123 systems Inc.). Prior to this effort, Mr. Huang had worked with GE Equity and GE Technology Lending in making energy technology venture investments. He served as a Board Observer of B456 Systems, Inc. (formerly, A123 systems Inc.). He was mobilized in 2003 as an officer in the US Army Reserves to serve in Iraq. He served 11 months in Baghdad as a civil affairs officer as well as with the Coalition Provisional Authority. He led missions that included basic nation building to developing programs to restructure Iraq's state-owned-enterprise sector. Mr. Huang holds a B.S. in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Webb Institute, and an M.B.A. and Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University.

Dr. John Torvik, Ph.D. is a Partner at Novus Energy Partners. Dr. Torvik joined Novus Energy Partners in 2008. He served as a Partner at iEnergies AS. Dr. Torvik served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Power Technology Colorado Inc. He also served as the Vice President and General Manager at Advanced Power Technologies. Prior to this, Dr. Torvik Co-founded PowerSicel, Inc. in 2001. Dr. Torvik also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at PowerSicel, Inc. Dr. Torvik served as Chief Executive Officer of PowerSicel of Microsemi Corp. - Power Products Group. He began his professional career at Astralux, Inc, where he also served as the Vice President of New Products. He serves as a Director of QD Vision, Inc., Megawatt Solar, and Stelaris. Dr. Torvik held a part-time EE faculty position at the University of Colorado. He earned a B.A. in Physics from St. Olaf College, M.E.E.E. from Cornell University, and Ph.D. from the University of Colorado.

Mr. Reidar Langmo was the Founder and Chairman of ithe Board of Energies AS. Mr. Langmo serves as the Chairman and Partner of SCATEC Ventures AS.
