Mr. Roland Wu has been the Chief Financial Officer of NQ Mobile Inc. since June 1, 2015. Mr. Wu served as a portfolio manager at Haitong International Asset Management Company and as an investment analyst at Baoying Fund Management Co., Ltd. Mr. Wu joins has extensive experience and in-depth capital markets knowledge, having served in key management roles at several Hong Kong-listed companies over the last fourteen years. He served as a Director of NQ Mobile Inc. since December 2014 until February 2, 2016. He has recently served as Executive Director of China Tycoon Beverage Holdings Limited and Bestway International Holdings Limited. Mr. Wu has an MBA from Nankai University and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Beijing Jiaotong University.

Ms. Lingyun Guo has been the Chief Strategy Officer of NQ Mobile Inc. since July 2015. Ms. Guo is a beneficial owner of RPL Holdings Limited. Prior to joining NQ Mobile in 2015, she held positions at Nortel Networks China Limited, an Ericsson China company. She has been a Director of NQ Mobile Inc. since October 4, 2016. She serves as a Director of RPL Holdings Limited. She received a master's degree in communications and information systems from Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2006.

Dr. Wenyong Shi, also known as Vincent, Ph.D. Co- founded NQ Mobile Inc. (formerly NetQin Mobile Inc.) in October 2005 and has been its Chief Operating Officer since October 2005. Dr. Shi is responsible for the operations , including management of business operations, channel development, online business development and customer support. Dr. Shi serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Beijing NetQin Technology Co., Ltd. Dr. Shi served as Acting Chief Financial Officer of NQ Mobile Inc. from August 22, 2014 to June 1, 2015. Dr. Shi has published five articles on core national journals, two international conference articles, one monograph and has applied for 3 patents for invention; Dr.Shi is the member of RFID Standardization Team and the member of the technical committee of CSIG (China Society of Image and Graphics). Dr.Shi has successively served as Senior Project Manager for iCITIC, Technical Director of Major Projects Department of Beida Jade Bird Group; Dr.Shi has profound technical background and abundant experiences in information project planning, management and application. Dr.Shi has been the Chairman of NQ Mobile Inc. since December 2014. Dr.Shi has been a Director of NQ Mobile Inc. since January 2011. Dr.Shi graduated from the Computer Department of Peking University in 1998, with Bachelor's Degree in Software; and was awarded the Doctor's Degree by Peking University in 2005. Dr. Shi received a master's degree in geographic information system from the Peking University.

Mr. Yigong Chen, also known as Justin, has been the President and General Counsel of NQ Mobile Inc. since February 2, 2016. Mr. Chen serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Starvax Inc. Mr. Chen is a Partner and counsel at PacGate Law Group. He serves as the Managing Attorney of PacGate Law Firm which focuses on cross-border business transactions and works regularly with venture funds and major corporations to facilitate business transactions across the Pacific. He is a California licensed attorney specializing in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings and securities, joint ventures and other business related laws. He is a registered U.S. patent attorney, experienced in intellectual property protection and licensing transactions. He served as a Partner at Intellectual Property Law Group, LLP, managing its corporate practice group. He has been Independent Director at NQ Mobile Inc. since July 06, 2014. He has been Independent Non-Executive Director of RoadShow Holdings Limited since November 21, 2017. He has been a Director of Ambow Education Holding Ltd., since March 18, 2013. Mr. Chen is a Honorary Director and a founding member of Hua Yuan Science and Technology Association and was instrumental in establishing Hua Yuan's dynamic operation. Mr. Chen Graduated from Peking University, Department of Biochemistry with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry in 1992 and Obtained his Master of Biochemistry and Juris Doctor degrees, both from University of Iowa in 1995 and 1998, respectively.

Mr. Omar Sharif Khan has been the President at Enseo, Inc. since July 12, 2017. Mr. Khan served as an Advisor of NQ Mobile Inc. from May 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Khan served as a Co-Chief Executive Officer of NQ Mobile Inc. from January 5, 2012 to May 1, 2015. For the past two years, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Round Room LLC. He served in multiple capacities of Round Room portfolio companies including: President of The Cellular Connection, Chief Executive Officer of Redux and President of Wireless Zone. He joined NetQin from Citigroup, where he led its mobile development and delivery efforts globally. He served as Managing Director and Global Head of the Mobile Center of Excellence for Citigroup Inc. Mr. Khan was the Chief Product and Technology Officer of Samsung Mobile. During his previous tenure at Samsung, he was responsible for Samsung Mobile's strategy, product, technology, content and services functions. He served as Senior Vice President of Strategy of Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC since May 6, 2008. He managed business operations in 36 countries. He joined Samsung after eight years at Motorola, where he served as Vice President, Global Supply Chain for the Mobile Devices Business. He held leadership positions in Marketing, Business Development and Information Technology. Prior to joining Motorola, Mr. Khan served in a management position at Andersen Business Consulting in the Global Strategy Practice. He served as a Director of NQ Mobile Inc. from May 2012 to May 1, 2015. In 2007, he was recognized by Crain's Chicago Business Magazine as a 40 under 40. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He completed his graduate work at the Sloan School of Management in the field of System Dynamics.

Linda Liu serves as the Executive Vice President of NQ Mobile US Inc. of NQ Mobile Inc. Linda currently resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.
