
Keep your commitments, get your work done. I've never seen or heard of anyone being reprimanded for working from home and a growing percentage of our team works entirely remote. I have no idea what that comment about gettting termjnated is about.
The amount of acceptable regular/ongoing remoteness varies by team, but in general we are very flexible and accommodating with allowing work-from-home days as needed.
The company is increasingly supporting remote work and work from home policies. A fair number of people work 100% remote.
