What's the work from home policy like at Nylas?

Keep your commitments, get your work done. I've never seen or heard of anyone being reprimanded for working from home and a growing percentage of our team works entirely remote. I have no idea what that comment about gettting termjnated is about.
The company is increasingly supporting remote work and work from home policies. A fair number of people work 100% remote.

What should I wear for an interview at Nylas?
Clean clothes that make you feel confident and comfortable. We have people who wear Tshirt and jeans, and people who wear suits. Check with your interview coordinator to see if your team leans fancier, but we're far more more interested in what you can do than how you look.
What are the differences between maternity and paternity leave at Nylas?
