Mr. Erik Danielsen has been the Chief Financial Officer of Nymox Pharmaceutical Corporation since June 1, 2015. Mr. Danielsen has been the Chief Executive Officer of Prospektiva Investments SA since 1993. He serves as a Senior Analyst of Analitika. He has been an independent health care analyst and consultant, advising both young growth companies as well as private and industrial investors on a variety of subjects including company evaluations, equity financing and operational communication strategies for over 20 years. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Analitika S.R.L. since 2000. He served as an Equity Strategist and Analyst of Credit Suisse in Zurich and Credit Suisse First Boston in New York. He served as Senior Auditor of Price Waterhouse. He has been the Chairman of Contextvision AB since 2010 and has been its Director since 2004. He serves as a Director of Analitika SA, BioLife Investment Fund Ltd., ContoSoft SA 1,2, HedgeLife Fund Ltd. and Prospektiva Investments SA. He served as a Director at Bionor Pharma ASA from July 25, 2011 to 2012. He served as a Director of CytoCore, Inc. since September 1, 2008. Mr. Danielsen holds an MBA in Finance and Swiss Business Law from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland in 1987.

Mr. Randall J. Lanham, Esq., has been General Counsel and Secretary of Nymox Pharmaceutical Corporation since January 1, 2015. Mr. Lanham is employed at Lanham & Lanham, LLC. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Secretary of Clear TV Ventures, Inc., (a/k/a, Eco Ventures Group, Inc) since July 01, 2011 and since September 10, 2012 respectively and also serves as its Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Lanham has experience in both domestic and international corporate legal matters, with demonstrated effectiveness in corporate reorganizations and business operations. Mr. Lanham has been engaged in the private practice of law in his own firm since 1996, served as Vice President and General Counsel of Activate Corporation during 1995-1996 and was an Attorney with Leonard, Ralston, Stanton and Danks from 1992-1993. His business experience coupled with solid legal background in corporate and civil law positions him perfectly for his work at the helm of EVG, where his goals are to control costs, establishing customer and vendor relations and increase internal productivity directly generating improved bottom-line profitability. Mr. Lanham served as Lead Independent Director of Nymox Pharmaceutical Corporation and has been its Director since June 8, 2006. He served as a Director of Clear TV Ventures, Inc., (a/k/a, Eco Ventures Group, Inc) since July 01, 2011. He is a California-licensed attorney with experience in securities law and corporate finances. He was appointed State Bar of California in 1993. Mr. Lanham holds J.D. from Whittier College School of Law in 1991 and B.S. degree in Criminal Justice/Political Science from University of Delaware in 1987.

Dr. Suresh Kalbag, MD has been Director of CMC Operations at Nymox Pharmaceutical Corporation since August 3, 2017. Dr. Kalbag has extensive first-hand and senior management experience in Research, Process Development, Manufacturing and QC at prestigious companies including Beckman, SmithKline, Genentech and others, including experience at Ciba Research Center (Novartis) and the University of Basel. Dr. Kalbag received his Ph.D. from Loyola University and did postdoctoral research at Indiana University School of Medicine.

Dr. Judith Fitzpatrick, Ph.D. serves as the Founder of Serex, Inc. She serves as an Executive Director of Prolific Earth Sciences Corp. Dr. Fitzpatrick was employed by Becton Dickinson as a Senior Scientist from 1981 to 1984. She founded Serex, Inc. in 1984 and has extensive experience both in the scientific and commercial aspects of the development of diagnostic tests. From 1984 to the early 1990's, she developed and supervised the manufacture of laboratory tests for drugs and proteins of interest to the life insurance industry. Dr. Fitzpatrick is a co-inventor of Serex's patented diagnostic system. She is an Executive Director of Prolific Earth Sciences, Inc. Dr. Fitzpatrick received a Ph.D. in immunology from Mt. Sinai Medical School in 1981.
