Mr. Christopher M. Courtney, also known as Chris, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Oak Valley BanCorp since July 2013 and May 2008 respectively. Mr. Courtney has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Oak Valley Community Bank since July 2013 and August 2004 respectively. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Oak Valley BanCorp and Oak Valley Community Bank since 1999 and also served as its Chief Credit Officer from 1999 to October 2004 and also served as its Executive Vice President since 2000. He joined Oak Valley BanCorp in 1996 and served as a Lender, after working for a major bank. Mr. Courtney has 14 years of diverse banking experience. He has been a Director at Oak Valley BanCorp since May 2008 and Oak Valley Community Bank since January 16, 2007. He graduated from Wells Fargo Bank Credit Training Program in 1989. He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. Mr. Courtney holds a B.S. in Finance and an Masters in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.

Mr. David S. Harvey, also known as Dave, has been an Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking Group at Oak Valley BanCorp since January 2008. Mr. Harvey serves as Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking Group at Oak Valley Community Bank. Mr. Harvey oversees all Oak Valley commercial loan relationships through its commercial lending staff and is responsible for development of commercial loans and deposits throughout it. Mr. Harvey has nearly 30 years of banking experience. Mr. Harvey served as Senior Vice President of Modesto Region at Oak Valley Community Bank. He served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking Group at Oak Valley Community Bank from December 1, 2005 to January 2008. Mr. Harvey was responsible for managing commercial lending in the greater Modesto area. Mr. Harvey has been with Oak Valley Community Bank since June 2002. Mr. Harvey holds a B.S. Degree in Corporate Finance from CSU Northridge and later went on to get his Masters Degree in Banking and Finance from Golden Gate University in 1984.

Michael J. Rodrigues first joined Oak Valley Community Bank (the ???Bank???) in 1997. He has been the Bank's Chief Credit Officer since 2006. Mr. Rodrigues has 25 years of diverse banking experience, joining Bank in 1997, as a Commercial Lender. He has a degree in Business Finance from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is also a 2006 graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
