Mr. Joseph R. Iantosca has been the Chief Administrative Officer of OceanFirst Bank since February 16, 2004 and as its Executive Vice President since May 2013. Mr. Iantosca is responsible for Bank-wide infrastructure and support initiatives while directing the Information Technology, General Services, Retail Operations/Customer Service and BankCard Services areas. Mr. Iantosca served as a First Senior Vice President of OceanFirst Bank of OceanFirst Financial Corp. from May 17, 2007 to May 2013 and also served as its Senior Vice President from February 16, 2004 to May 17, 2007. In addition to several years of retail banking experience, Mr. Iantosca has spent more than 18 years in the field of financial and banking systems technology, most recently as National Vice President at Bisys Banking Solutions where he was responsible for Conversion and Implementation Services. He serves as the Chairman at Centrastate Healthcare System Inc and served as its Vice Chairman and has been its Trustee since 2007. Mr. Iantosca attended New York University where he majored in economics and information technology.

Mr. Steven E. Brady has been the Vice Chairman of the Southern Division at OceanFirst Financial Corp since November 30, 2016. Mr. Brady has been the President of Ocean Shore Holding Co. since 1998 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Ocean City Home Bank since 1991. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of OC Financial MHC since 1998. He has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ocean City Home Bank since 1991. Mr. Brady served as a member of the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Advisory Board and serves as a member of the Government Affairs Council as well as the Professional Development Committee of American Bankers Association. He serves as a Member of the Board of Governors of the New Jersey League of Community Bankers. Mr. Brady is actively involved in the community and has served on the board of directors of various organizations, including the Ocean City Regional Chamber of Commerce, Business and Neighborhood Development and the South Jersey AIDS Alliance. He serves as the Board of Directors of Ocean Point Healthcare Center and First Night Ocean City. He has been a Director of Ocean Shore Holding Co. and Ocean City Home Bank since 1991. He has been an Independent Director of OceanFirst Financial Corp., and for its subsidiary OceanFirst Bank since December 8, 2016. Mr. Brady holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Widener University.

Mr. Steven J. Tsimbinos, also known as Steve, has been Executive Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of the OceanFirst Financial Corp. and OceanFirst Bank since June 2016. Prior to joining OceanFirst, he was General Counsel of Copper River Management, L.P., the investment manager to a family of hedge funds, since May 2006, and prior to that a Partner with Lowenstein Sandler PC, where he practiced corporate and securities law.

Michael J. Fitzpatrick has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of OceanFirst Financial Corp. since 1995. He has also been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of OceanFirst Bank, National Association (the 'Bank') since joining the Bank in 1992.

Mr. George Destafney has been Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at OceanFirst Bank, National Association, a subsidiary of OceanFirst Financial Corp. since May 2013 and serves as its President of Central Region. Mr. Destafney leads the commercial lending team located at the Red Bank Financial Solutions Center, serving businesses in Monmouth County and the surrounding area. He has more than more than 18 years of banking experience with TD Bank, formerly Commerce Bank. He served as a Senior Relationship Manager in Monmouth County at TD Bank.

Mr. David R. Howard has been Chief Risk Officer of OceanFirst Financial Corp., since 2013 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Howard served as the Chief Portfolio Risk Officer/Chief Risk Officer of Financial Guaranty Insurance Company from 2002 to 2006 and also served as its Senior Managing Director. He served as Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners from 2007 to 2012 and Fitch Ratings from 1992 to 2002. Mr. Howard attended at Syracuse University.

Ms. Angela K. Ho has been Chief Accounting Officer at OceanFirst Financial Corp. since March 06, 2017 and served as a Chief Accounting Officer of OceanFirst Bank since September 2016. Ms. Ho serves as Controller of OceanFirst Financial Corp. and Controller of Northfield Bank. She served as the controller of Northfield Bank since 2012. Prior to that, she had significant accounting responsibilities at Signature Bank and previously KPMG.

Ms. Jill Apito Hewitt serves as a Senior Vice President and Investor Relations Officer at OceanFirst Financial Corp. (the 'Financial Corp') and its subsidiary OceanFirst Bank, National Association (the 'Bank') She served as an Investor Relations Manager of Financial Corp, and Bank. She served as an Interim Director of Retail Banking of Financial Corp, since December 2, 2003.
