Mr. M. John Miller has been Chief Credit officer and Executive Vice President at Old Line Bancshares, Inc. since May 2, 2014 and Chief Credit officer and Executive Vice President at Old Line Bank since January 2014. Mr. Millier served as Senior Vice President of Old Line Bank at Old Line Bancshares Inc. since joining in 2011. He was responsible for managing the special assets at Old Line Bank. He has over 35 years of banking and real estate development experience. He was Senior Vice President for Commercial Real Estate Lending and Special Assets at Bank Annapolis from 2007 to 2010. From 1998 to 2007, he was a Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Annapolis Bank & Trust. Mr. Miller has also developed residential property to include custom waterfront homes. He has spent over 30 years in the banking, real estate and construction lending industry, holding various management and lending positions. He began his career at First National Bank of Maryland and held senior level positions with several other financial institutions in the region.

Mr. Joseph E. Burnett, also known as Joe, was Executive Vice President at Old Line Bank and Old Line Bancshares, Inc. until January 2, 2018 and its Chief Lending Officer since joining in 2001 until January 2, 2018. Mr. Burnett joined Old Line Bank with an extensive banking background spanning over 30 years. Over the past 16 years, he successfully led the Old Line Bank lending team and supported its loan portfolio growth. Mr. Welborn joined Old Line Bank in 2005 as a Commercial Loan Officer with an extensive background in commercial lending in the Greater Washington area.

Ms. Elise Marie Hubbard has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Old Line Bank and Old Line Bancshares, Inc. since April 2014 and serves as its Assistant Secretary. Ms. Hubbard has been in charge of managing the daily functions of the accounting department since joining Old Line Bank in 2006. She has held various positions at the Bank, including Vice President, Assistant Vice President, Senior Accountant and Accounting Administrator. Ms. Hubbard holds a BS in Accounting with minors in Business Management and Human Resources from University of Maryland.
