The leadership team works hard to keep OmegaFi moving forward
Very transparent and honest. They answer questions and don't hide anything. They give room for growth and help set attainable goals.

Keeping employees in the loop. I feel like we never know what's going on. They discuss changes that are coming but never give any additional info about what's going to happen. I understand that they don't want to overwhelm people, but they don't convey enough information.

The 401k options are terrific and employer matching is phenomenal. Teledoc is a great, convenient benefit as well.

I feel as a whole everyone is underpaid. I think everyone deserves a raise for all that we've done over the past year.
Expected to do several jobs and take on duties of others who are compensated more but not given a raise for extra work load and responsibilities.
I should probably be making a little more considering how long I have been with the company and all of my job responsibilities. However, I love my job and would not want to work ANY WHERE else.

The customers we work with every day
The company environment is one of the best I have ever worked in. Fun, laid back, but professional as well.
It's collaborative! It's a fast-paced environment full of challenges but it's also a lot of fun. We learn something new every day!
The atmosphere... When you walk in it's like a fresh of breath of air. Everyone is happy and loves their job. Our company is awesome!

OmegaFi used to be SUCH a fun place to work. We are so focused on revenue now, that I don't feel valued as an employee. They talk about retaining talent, but they don't seem to take into consideration how the employee feels/what the employee enjoys doing.

It was explained to me what I would be doing in the position. Also, I received great constructive criticism on how to communicate certain things better.

The ability to influence an industry important to me
Team building activities and getting to interact with other people. Receiving praise for a job well done and being in the know on what's going on company wide.

Stop unnecessary changes. Focus on bettering departments and people vs restructuring until you hope it fits.
