Mr. Shlomi Cohen has been the Chief Executive Officer of On Track Innovations Ltd. since August 2, 2015. Mr. Cohen served as President and Chief Executive Officer of RayV. Prior to RayV, he was part of the global management and the president of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for NICE Systems. He served as the President of EMEA at NICE Systems Ltd., since April 2010. From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Cohen served as the head of the BBA Global Sales Division of Nokia Siemens Networks (located in Germany), where he ran a worldwide operation. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President Sales for the Carrier Ethernet and for the ATM switches technology in the Worldwide Fixed Networks Division of Siemens Communications. Before joining Siemens, he acted as the senior Vice President Sales for BATM Advanced Technologies. He served with Eldor Computers. He has been Director of On Track Innovations Ltd. since December 15, 2016. Mr. Cohen has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Aeronautics Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Business Administration, from Bar Ilan University.

Mr. Yishay Curelaru has been the Chief Financial Officer at On Track Innovations Ltd. since January 31, 2016. Mr. Curelaru served as oti's controller and deputy Chief Financial Officer since 2013, overseeing the finance department. During his time as deputy Chief Financial Officer , he demonstrated his ability to lead and gained vast experience in the financial and accounting sector. He was a Senior Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He also served as a captain in the Special Forces of the Israeli Defense Forces. Mr. Curelaru received a B.A. in economics and accounting from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and he is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Mr. Nehemya Itay serves as the Chief Scientist at On Track Innovations Ltd. Mr. Itay served as the Vice President of Hardware Engineering at On Track Innovations Ltd., since July 1995. From 1990 to July 1995, Mr. Itay was employed by On Track Innovations Ltd. as a research and development engineer. Prior to joining On Track Innovations Ltd., he was a Hardware Development Engineer at Electo-galil, an Israeli Manufacturer of radio frequency-based Identification Cards, from 1986 to 1990. He was an Hardware Electronic Engineer at elscint, an israeli technology company from 1982 to 1985. He served as Director of On Track Innovations Ltd. from 1991 to July 1999. He is a member of the joint task committee of the international standards organisation on standards for contactless smart cards. Mr. Itay holds a B.sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion (Israeli Institute of Technology ) and an M.A. in electronics from Drexel university, philadelphia.

Mr. Udi Abramovic has been Vice President of Operations at On Track Innovations Ltd. since September 4, 2015. Mr. Abramovic served as Vice President of Global Operations at Radware Ltd. He was responsible for the effective operations of the company's global supply chain including purchasing, manufacturing, inventory management, product ordering, and sales contracting processes. He also has oversight for quality initiatives within the Radware such as ISO standards compliance and directs the activities of both IT and MIS departments which support the Radware worldwide. He served at Alvarion Ltd. He is a Veteran in operations management with over 20 years of experience. He served as Vice President of Operations for Radlan. Prior to Radlan, he served as Vice President of Operations for Broadlight, which specialized in semi-conductors. He was also the Founder and Vice President of Operations for BreezCOM. He started his professional career as Manager of Operations for networking communications provider Lannet, which was acquired by Avaya. Mr. Abramovic has a Degree in Practical Engineering in Electronics and Computers with the O.R.T. school of engineering in Tel Aviv and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Derby College.

Ms. Charlotte Hambly-Nuss serves as Managing Director of OTI PetroSmart at On Track Innovations Ltd. Ms. Hambly-Nuss served as the Corporate Affairs Manager/Legal Advisor to OTI's erstwhile distributor in Africa and served as its Chief Executive Officer. She served as the Managing Director of OTI Africa at On Track Innovations Ltd. since 1999. She served as the Vice President of Global Business Development for Petroleum Payment Solutions for the OTI Group in mid-2010 and as Vice President of Global Petroleum Products and Payment Solutions in mid-2011. Ms. Hambly-Nuss is a qualified Attorney and Notary Public who left private practice in 1996 to pursue a career in the smart card industry.

Mr. Shay Tomer served as the Chief Financial Officer of On Track Innovations Ltd. (OTI) from June 1, 2013 January 6, 2016 and its Principal Accounting Officer until January 6, 2016. Mr. Tomer joined OTI in 2007 acting first as a controller at its headquarters in Israel and then as deputy Chief Financial Officer since 2008. In this role, he was responsible for consolidation of the global quarterly and annually reports, planning a global budget for each of the subsidiaries, implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and managing OTI 's cash flow. Prior to OTI, he was at Ernst & Young's audit department and was a lecturer and instructor in accounting on the Open University of Israel. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel. Mr. Tomer holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the University of Haifa.

Ms. Agnieszka Swiatly serves as Managing Director of OTI Europa at On Track Innovations Ltd. since August 2017. Ms. Swiatly has experience-driven expertise in global developing Fintech markets and corporate business strategy within Central/Eastern Europe. Before joining OTI Europa, she was Head of Business Development & Board Advisor at MCX Telecom and Head of Sales CEE Region at NCR Corporation (the owner of Retalix). She holds an MA, in Business and Administration Postgraduate, Finance, and Management from The University of Warsaw.
