Mr. William Annett, also known as Bill, MBA, has been the Chief Executive Officer of OncoCyte Corporation since June 16, 2015 and also serves as its President. Mr. Annett has extensive experience within the biotechnology and diagnostics industry, having held the position of Chief Executive Officer at six organizations as well as having experience in senior management positions at Genentech, Accenture and other companies. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of BioFX Laboratories. He founded and led Corra Life Sciences. He founded Western Canada Water and led it for six years as Chief Executive Officer. At Genentech, he led the Commercial Strategy group and managed large operational projects with several hundred team members. He directed the Project Finance function for R&D, which supported all development pipeline products with more than 200 clinical trials. He led one of Genentech's largest change initiatives, a $150 million/450 person effort that transformed that organization's commercial systems and business processes. He served as Managing Director of Accenture, where he founded, built and led Accenture's west coast Life Sciences practice, with sales, marketing and delivery responsibility for all lines of business and all clients in the territory. He has been a Director of OncoCyte Corporation since June 2015 and California Life Sciences Association since November 23, 2015. Mr. Annett holds a BA and an MA degrees and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Mitchell S. Levine, also known as Mitch, is Co-Founder of Enable Capital Management, LLC and serves as its Chief Executive Officer, Managing Member and Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Levine has been Chief Financial Officer at OncoCyte Corporation since November 15, 2017. Mr. Levine is responsible for OncoCyte's finance and financial reporting activities. Mr. Levine has 33 years of experience in the financial industry and extensive expertise in fundraising for early stage companies. Prior to joining OncoCyte, Mr. Levine served as the Managing Partner of Kirby Cove Capital Advisors, which provides consulting services to international life sciences investment funds regarding collaboration and investment in US-based life sciences companies. Mr. Levine founded Enable Capital Management in 2002 Its flagship fund, Enable Growth Mr. Levine was Founding Member of The Shemano Group, a leading San Francisco-based investment bank that focused on the capital needs of growth companies. He has also worked at Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Levine received BA from the University of California, Davis.

Dr. William K. Seltzer, Ph.D., FACMG, has been a Vice President of Clinical Services at OncoCyte Corporation since July 2015. Dr. Seltzer joined OncoCyte in September 2014. He is a board certified clinical molecular geneticist with 30 years commercial and academic experience in clinical diagnostic services, clinical diagnostic products development and commercialization, quality assurance and regulatory compliance. He served as Laboratory Director of Counsyl, Inc. since March 2011 and served as its Site Director. He served as Senior Vice President of Laboratory Operations of Veracyte, Inc. since November 2009. He established the clinical diagnostic laboratory at Veractyte, Inc. He served as Senior Laboratory Director, Site Director, Laboratory Director of Laboratory Operations and Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Athena Diagnostics, Inc. He joined Athena Diagnostics, Inc. in 1994 from the University of Colorado School of Medicine where he held the academic rank of Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Biochemistry, Biophysics and Genetics. As a member of the executive management team at Athena Diagnostics, he was responsible for the successful launch and oversight of clinical services for over 100 Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs) in the fields of Neurology, Endocrinology and Nephrology. Dr. Seltzer founded University of Colorado's DNA Diagnostic Laboratory in 1985 and served as its Director. He served as Co-Chair of the U.S. Huntington Disease Genetics Testing Group. He was a Founding Member of the GeneTests Advisory Board. He has published more than 50 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals and is co-inventor on patents for molecular diagnostics and methods. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Medical Genetics in the specialty of Clinical Molecular Genetics and is a Fellow of the American College of Medical Genetics. He completed his clinical fellowship in molecular genetics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Seltzer holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Nutrition from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Bill Haack serves as the VP, Market Access & Business Operations for OncoCyte Corporation. Bill started at OncoCyte Corporation in June of 2016. Bill is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
