Dr. Andrew Le Gear has been Chief Horizon Architect at One Horizon Group, Inc. since September 2015. Dr. Le Gear joined One Horizon Group in 2013. He worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at Dell Inc. from 2012 to 2013 and as an Equity Trading Software Engineer at Lehman Brothers Inc. and Nomura Plc. from 2007 to 2012. He was co-founder of Juneberi Ltd. from 2004 to 2007. Dr. Le Gear graduated from the University of Limerick in 2003 and again in 2006, with a B.Sc. in Computer Systems and a Ph.D. in Computer Science respectively.

Mr. Edwin C. Lun, E.MBA has been Chief Operating Officer of One Horizon Group, Inc. since September 4, 2017. Mr. Lun has expertise and resources in Asia extending the reach of Hybrid and expanding its global footprint. He has over 20 years of experience in strategic business development and operation in Asia and North America for both his family business and multinational enterprises. Mr. Lun is a change leader who has driven strategic changes in a wide range of industries. His previous ventures include IDS Holdings, a supply chain software for Southern China, Mission 3-D, a three dimensional mapping software in Asia and Pharos Medical Device, which is an innovator and manufacturer of medical device technologies for North America. He has immense passion in IT fully utilizing technology and social media platform for marketing and business development. He serves as a Director of First Equity Strategy LLC (doing business as Hybrid PayTech). Mr. Lun serves as a China Advisory Board member of Hope International Microfinance. He served as a Director of Mobi724 Global Solutions Inc. (a/k/a Hybrid PayTech World Inc.) since October 17, 2013 until October 31, 2014 and Director of One Horizon Group, Inc. since September 12, 2017 until October 10, 2017. He served as a Director of GS1. Mr. Lun is a graduate of the Harvard President Management Program at the Harvard Business School. He also graduated with a degree of Science of International Business in the USA.

Mr. Martin Christopher Ward, FCA has been the Chief Financial Officer at One Horizon Group, Inc. (formerly Intelligent Communication Enterprise Corporation and Satcom Group Holdings PLC) since November 30, 2012 and serves as its Company Secretary. Mr. Ward served as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary at Satcom Group Holdings PLC, subsidiary of SatCom Distribution Limited. He served as the Principal Executive Officer of One Horizon Group, Inc. He joined Satcom Group Holdings PLC in 2004 oversees the financial aspects of running a global business and to assist with acquisitions. He served as an Audit Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers (???PwC''). In 1987, he left PwC to become a Partner in Langdowns DFK. In 1990, he started acting for Mark White, advising him in the areas of business development and acquisition strategy. Mr. Ward has been an Executive Director of One Horizon Group, Inc. since December 10, 2012. Mr. Ward is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
