Since we are fully remote we have setup an ongoing meeting that we call "The Office". People can join and leave The Office anytime they want. The Office has become our cultural center and is well used.

I've been at OpenPhone for less than a year and I can honestly say that I've never worked for a company who cares about their employees as much as OpenPhone does. The leaders of the company listen to the team members and try to make it as fun as possible while building the best business phone around
