Salary is great. Benefits are standard since I'm outside the US and don't get all the cool perks like 401K matching and pet insurance :(
The compensation itself :p. Shares are always great but it's often hard to put them in context and understand what they're truly worth. When we raise our B, it might help to hold a session where you walk through options again and what the raise has done to our equity value.
