Mr. Timothy L. Terry has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Optimumbank, a subsidiary of OptimumBank Holdings Inc. since February 12, 2013. Mr. Terry serves as the Principal Executive Officer of OptimumBank Holdings Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Putnam State Bank since September 2011. Prior to joining OptimumBank, he served as President & Senior Loan Officer for Enterprise Bank of Florida in North Palm Beach, Florida and held senior lending, branch administration & sales management positions at Palm Beach National Bank & Trust, Flagler National Bank of the Palm Beaches and Comerica Bank. From 2005 to 2011, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Bank of Florida, after initially serving as Executive Vice President, Senior Loan Officer, Branch Administrator and Sales Manager from 2002. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Terry served as Executive Vice President and Senior Loan Officer of Palm Beach National Bank and Trust. From 1985 to 1993, Mr. Terry served as Vice President of Flagler National Bank, West Palm Beach, Florida. Prior to that, he served as Assistant Vice President of SNB Bank and Trust in Battle Creek, Michigan. Mr. Terry received his BBA degree in finance from Western Michigan University located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.

Mr. James R. Odza has been Principal Financial Officer at OptimumBank Holdings, Inc. since March 2016. Mr. Odza has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Optimumbank since March 2016. He joined OptimumBank in September 2015. Mr. Odza has been in banking for 30 years. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Optimumbank until August 31, 2017. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Grand Bank & Trust of Florida. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Grand Bancshares, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary Grand Bank & Trust of Florida in West Palm Beach, Florida from 1998 to 2015. He served as an Assistant Vice President for SunTrust Banks, Inc. in Loan Review and Real Estate Finance and Assistant Vice President for NCNB National Bank of Florida in Real Estate Finance. Mr. Jeffrey Cannon, also known as Jeff, has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Optimumbank, a subsidiary of OptimumBank Holdings Inc. since May 2012 and served as its Senior Vice President of Lending. Mr. Cannon has been Senior Vice President of Lending at Optimumbank since June 2012 and serves as its Chief Lending Officer. He joined OptimumBank in May 2012 as its executive officer in charge of lending. Mr. Cannon joined OptimumBank in May 2012. Mr. Cannon's banking career spans over 24 years. He has served in a variety of executive and senior lending and management positions in community, regional and national banks. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and received his Master's degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.
