Mr. Joshua Hexter has been the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development at Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. since April 16, 2013. Mr. Hexter has more than 15 years of prominent leadership with a commitment to excellence in the biotech industry in business development and operations. He served as an Executive Director of Corporate In-Licensing at BioLineRx (NASDAQ: BLRX). He has B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and Masters in Business Management from Boston University.

Dr. Miriam Kidron, Ph.D., has been the Chief Medical & Technology Officer of Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. since March 08, 2006. Dr. Kidron has been the Chief Scientific Officer of Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. since March 2016. Dr. Kidron provides consulting services to Oramed Pharmaceuticals. She served as a Researcher in the Diabetes Unit at Hadassah University Hospital in Jerusalem, Israel, since 1990 and served with it since 1985. Dr. Kidron has been a Director of Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. since March 08, 2006. She was Visiting Professor at the Medical school, University of Toronto, Canada from 1989 to 1990. She is the Inventor of the method and composition of insulin. She is a Pharmacologist and a Biochemist. She earned her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem in 1976. Dr. Kidron holds her Master degree in Pharmacology, Hadassah Medical School, Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Dr. Roy Eldor, M.D., Ph.D. has been the Chief Medical Advisor of Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. since November 25, 2016. Dr. Eldor served as Chief Medical Director of Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. since July 26, 2016 until November 25, 2016. Dr. Eldor served as Head of Medical Affairs at Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. Dr. Eldor joined Oramed in 2008 and is the Principal Investigator for all of the company's clinical trials conducted at Hadassah Medical Center. He has been Member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. since July 2016. He is a Physician in the Diabetes unit and Endocrinology Department of Hadassah Medical Center. Dr. Eldor graduated from Hadassah - Hebrew University Medical School.
