Mr. Jeffrey S. Schoen, also known as Jeff, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Orchids Paper Products Company since November 8, 2013. Mr. Harper came to Orchids with more than 25 years in the pulp and paper industry. He served as maintenance and engineering manager of KTG-USA in Memphis. Mr. Harper holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Louisiana Technical University.

Mr. Rodney D. Gloss, also known as Rod, has been Chief Financial Officer of Orchids Paper Products Company since September 02, 2016. Mr. Gloss served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at ATNA Resources Ltd. from October 3, 2011 to 2016. From 2010 to 2011, Mr. Gloss served as Corporate Controller of Alacer Gold Corporation. Prior to 2010, Mr. Gloss served in senior financial positions with Intrepid Potash, Inc. and Timminco Ltd. Mr. Gloss has an extensive background in virtually all aspects of corporate finance, public reporting, accounting and treasury operations. He has significant experience with strategic planning, information systems, procurement, human resources, production planning and lean production processes. Mr. Gloss has an excellent track record in improving upon business processes, increasing profitability and fostering growth to his employers. He has also been successful in building and leading teams, corporate turnarounds, IPO's, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Gloss served as Vice President and Controller of Intrepid Potash, Inc. from November, 2007 to April 8, 2010 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until April 8, 2010. Mr. Gloss served as Vice President and Controller of Intrepid Mining (parent company of Intrepid Potash, Inc) since July, 2004. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Timminco Limited. since 1998. Mr. Gloss's additional experience includes positions as the Finance Manager and Controller with Sulzer Intermedics and the Controller and Director of Finance with North American Chemical. Mr. Gloss holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the Anderson School, University of California--Los Angeles and a B.S. in Math and B.S.B.A. in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University. He is a CPA in the State of California.

Mr. William J. Keller, also known as Bill has been the National Sales Director of Orchids Paper Products Company since November 8, 2005. Mr. Keller has been with Orchids since 1997 as a Regional Sales Representative.

Mr. Dan Daniels has been Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Orchids Paper Products Company since June 30, 2008. Mr. Daniels served as Branch Manager of the Dallas, Texas office of Acosta Sales and Marketing Company. Prior to his tenure at Acosta, Mr. Daniels served in various sales management capacities with Scott Paper Company. Mr. Daniels holds Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing & Management from Texas Tech University.
