Mr. Marc Meade has been an Executive Vice President at Orion Energy Systems, Inc since January 1, 2014. Mr. Scott Green has been Chief Operating Officer at Orion Energy Systems, Inc since May 26, 2017. Mr. Green served as an Executive Vice President of Sales at Orion Energy Systems, Inc since August 03, 2016 until May 2017. Mr. Green served as President of Harris Manufacturing, Inc. Mr. Green previously served as the Division President of Innovation, Project Engineering and Construction Management at Orion Energy Systems, Inc. from July 2015 to August 2016 and served as its Division President of Orion Engineered Systems from February 2014 to July 2015 and Division President of Harris Lighting from July 2013 to February 2014. Prior to joining the Orion Energy Systems in connection with its acquisition of Harris Manufacturing, Inc. and Harris LED, LLC in July 2013, Mr. Green served as the Executive Vice President of Harris Manufacturing and Harris LED from January 2011 to July 2013 and as Chief Executive Officer of Harris Manufacturing from June 1997 to January 2011. Mr. Green graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor of science in business.

Mr. William T. Hull, also known as Bill, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Orion Energy Systems, Inc since October 5, 2015 and serves as its Chief Accounting Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer. Mr. Hull served as the Chief Risk Officer of RTI International Metals, Inc. since June 2014 and served as its Senior Vice President. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of RTI International Metals, Inc., from April 27, 2007 to June 2014 and its Principal Accounting Officer from August 10, 2005 to June 2014. Mr. Hull served as a Vice President of RTI International Metals, Inc., from August 10, 2005 to March 12, 2007 and also served as its Treasurer. He served as Chief Accounting Officer of RTI International Metals Inc. since August 10, 2005 In these role, Mr. Hull acted as the lead corporate executive officer responsible for directing the finance, accounting and risk organizations while providing overall strategic and operational direction for RTI's corporate finance, risk management and corporate development activities, among others. He worked at American Architectural Products Corp. His career has spanned 20 years of service in various accounting positions, including experience in establishing, redesigning and strengthening financial operations for public companies. Mr. Hull has had a long career in managing and leading the finance organizations for public and private companies. He served as Corporate Controller of Stoneridge, Inc., where he was employed since 2000. His duties included managing financial reporting, accounting, cash management functions, developing and documenting policies and procedures in internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Mr. Hull served as Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded manufacturing and distribution company. He serves as a Member of the Ohio Society of CPAs, Financial Executives International and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University in Ohio with a BS in Business Administration.

Mr. Kevin Grayson has been Senior Vice President for Channel Sales at Orion Energy Systems, Inc since August 1, 2017. Mr. Grayson served as Regional Vice President of Sales for the Southeast at WattStopper. He served as Vice President for the Southern Region at Juno Lighting Group, an Acuity Brands company. Prior to Juno, Mr. Grayson was instrumental in generating over $60M in sales while at Philips, managing their Day-Brite Capri Omega lighting product unit in the Southeast. He also managed his own lighting agency, Grayson Lighting Group, Mr. Grayson has crucial understanding of the priorities and needs of agency partners working with electrical distributors, as well as substantial experience in negotiating and managing clients within government, healthcare and private sector verticals. He has over 20 years of lighting industry sales management experience with several industry-leading manufacturers and manufacturer's rep agencies. He has particular expertise managing channel and agency sales and will be responsible for overseeing Orion's expanding national network.

Mayor Kevin Crawford serves as Senior Vice President of External Affairs for Orion Engineered Systems at Orion Energy Systems, Inc and served as its Vice President of Business Development since April 22, 2009. Mayor. Crawford is responsible for working with local, state and national governments, regulatory agencies, utilities, industry associations, communities and other organizations in the United States to further the role of energy efficiency as a clean, low-cost and effective energy solution. In addition to serving on numerous commissions, policy councils and task forces on the state and national levels, Mayor. Crawford has worked internationally, having welcomed international delegations to Manitowoc as well as establishing meaningful sister-city relationships with the City of Kamogawa, Japan, and Sindian, Taiwan.

Mr. Omar Rivera has been Senior Vice President of Product Development at Orion Energy Systems, Inc since July 2015 and served as its Divisional Vice President, Channel Development from November 2013 to June 2015. Mr. Rivera has more than 25 years in the industry and has extensive lighting background includes three years as GE Lighting Solutions North America Product Manager with national and global rollout responsibility for both traditional and LED product lines, and three years as GE Industrial & Commercial Specification Engineer calling on architects, engineering and lighting design firms. Additionally, Mr. Rivera owned Pacific Lighting Dynamics, an energy saving company and lighting distribution business, and held several distribution sales and account manager roles for Osram/Sylvania and Grainger. Mr. Rivera served as Director of Hispanic Relations at the United States Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Rivera is a Certified Lighting Energy Professional by the Association of Energy Engineers and is Lighting Certified by the Illuminating Engineering Society. Mr. Rivera has been recognized with various distribution sales awards by Osram/Sylvania, Grainger and GE. Mr. Rivera is a graduate of California Coast University with a bachelor of business administration in business/commerce.

Bill Hull serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Orion Lighting. Bill started at Orion Lighting in October of 2015. Bill currently resides in Greater Chicago Area.
