Mr. Jack Clem has been Group Chief Executive Officer of Orion Engineered Carbons SA since July 2011. Mr. Clem has been Manager of Orion Engineered Carbons SA since May 2014. He serves as Chief Executive Officer at Orion Engineered Carbons GmbH. He has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Orion Engineered Carbons Holdings GmbH since July 2011. Mr. Clem joined Degussa in 2001 and shortly after was named Chief Executive Officer of their joint venture in carbon black with a U.S.-based private equity firm. He has over 35 years of experience in the performance and specialty minerals and chemicals industry. Prior to joining Degussa, he held various senior management positions in North America and Europe at J.M. Huber Corporation and started his career in engineering and plant management at Occidental Chemical Corporation. Mr. Clem holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from West Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering from Texas Tech University.

Mr. Charles E. N. Herlinger has been Group Chief Financial Officer at Orion Engineered Carbons SA since July 2011. Mr. Herlinger served as Managing Director at Orion Engineered Carbons SA. Mr. Herlinger has been the Group Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Orion Engineered Carbons Holdings GmbH since July 2011. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer at Orion Engineered Carbons GmbH. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Almatis GmbH (also known as, Almatis Group) until 2011. He served as a Chief Financial Officer of Cable & Wireless Communications Plc (also known as, Cable & Wireless plc) and Cable & Wireless Communication from December 1, 2003 to May 2006. He served as the Head of Hitachi's EMEA department. From 1985 1987, he was with L'Oreal as Assistant Controller in the US. Prior to joining Cable & Wireless, he worked for Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, as Corporate Vice President and Group Controller based in Munich. He was the Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President of Siemens Energy & Automation, in Atlanta. From 1993 to 1995, he was Controller of Siemens Corporation in New York, the holding and finance company for Siemens' US operations. Between 1990 and 1993, Mr. Herlinger was Director of Overseas Mergers & acquisitions Group, responsible for non-German acquisitions and disposals. He joined the Siemens group in 1987 as Assistant Controller in New York. He worked with Siemens Ag from 1998 until 2003. He started his career as audit manager with KPMG. Mr. Herlinger has been a Manager at Orion Engineered Carbons SA since May 2014. He served as Director of Cable & Wireless Jamaica Limited. He served as an Executive Director of Cable & Wireless Communications Plc and Cable & Wireless Communication. He qualified as a chartered accountant in the UK and certified public accountant in the US with KPMG and worked with them in UK and New York from 1977 to 1985. Mr. Herlinger holds a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Dr. Christian Eggert has been the Head of Group Legal and General Counsel of Orion Engineered Carbons Holdings GmbH since August 2012 and serves as its Chief Compliance Officer. Dr. Eggert has been General Counsel of Global and Head of Group Legal at Orion Engineered Carbons SA since August 2012 and serves as its Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to Orion, he worked as a Lawyer in private practice for more than nine years and with two major international law firms (one as a Partner) while specializing in mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and corporate law. He holds a Law Degree from the University of M???nster, a Doctorate Degree from the University of Jena and a Master's Degree (LLM) in Comparative Law from the University of Miami School of Law. Dr. Eggert is admitted to practice law in Germany, is a Member of the American Bar Association and an Elected Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.

Mr. Mark Peters has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of Americas at Orion Engineered Carbons SA since July 2015. Mr. Peters serves as a Vice President at Goradia Capital Investments. He served at Dow Chemical. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has led the operations of several manufacturing sites during his career. He has over twenty five years of operations and mergers and acquisitions experience in the chemical industry. Mr. Peters earned his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University.

Dr. Claudine Mollenkopf has been Senior Vice President of Business Line Specialty Carbon Black at Orion Engineered Carbons Holdings GmbH and Orion Engineered Carbons SA since August 2011. Dr. Mollenkopf served the business as vice president of mechanical rubber goods at Orion Engineered Carbons Holdings. Dr. Mollenkopf joined Evonik in 1996. She has over 20 years of experience in the chemicals industry, including various positions at Evonik, such as head of aerosil and silanes sales Europe. Ms. Mollenkopf holds a doctorate and engineering degree (EHICS) in chemistry from the University Louis Pasteur, France.

Mr. Erik Thiry has been Senior Vice President of Rubber Carbon Black at Orion Engineered Carbons SA since September 1, 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President of Business Development from May 2012 to September 2015. Mr. Thiry has over 15 years of experience in management consulting, including the chemical industry. He has been Senior Vice President of Business Development of Orion Engineered Carbons Holdings GmbH since May 2012. Mr. Thiry has been a Member of the executive management team at Orion Engineered Carbons Holdings GmbH since May 2012. Mr. Thiry holds a master's degree in business management and mechanical engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany.

Mr. David Deters has been Senior Vice President of Innovation at Orion Engineered Carbons SA since August 2015. Mr. Deters served as the Group Vice President of Research & Development at Hempel (China) Ltd. He served as Group Vice President of Research & Development at Hempel A/S since joining in August 2011. He has 25 years of experience the chemicals/coatings industry as Chief Technology Officer, in Product Management, Strategic Planning and P&L leadership roles. Mr. Deters holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from Michigan State University.

Dr. Lixing Min has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of Asia - Pacific Region at Orion Engineered Carbons Holdings GmbH and Orion Engineered Carbons SA since April 1,2013. Dr. Min has over 23 years of experience in the chemical industry, including positions of general management of the Asia-Pacific region for both American- and German-based chemical companies. Dr. Min holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Fudan University in China and Master's and Doctoral degrees in Chemistry from the University of Rochester.
