Mr. Bradley R. Mason, also known as Brad , has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Orthofix Inc. since March 13, 2013. Mr. Mason has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Orthofix International N.V. since March 13, 2013. He served as President of Spine Division at Orthofix International NV since September 2008. Mr. Mason served as President of Blackstone Medical, Inc. since August 2008. He served as Group President of North America of Orthofix International NV from June 2008 to October 2009 and served as its Strategic Advisor form November 2009 to October 2009. He leads Orthofix's efforts to continue to identify and enhance synergies existing between its spine, orthopedic and sports medicine divisions, which are its three largest operating units in North America. He has been President of Orthofix Spinal Implants since August 2008. Mr. Mason served as President of BREG, Inc., until July 2008. He served as Vice President of Orthofix International NV from December 2003 to July 2008. Mr. Mason founded Breg Inc., a subsidiary of Orthofix International NV in 1989 and served as its President from December 2003 to July 2007. He co-founded dj Orthopedics (DJO) and served as an Executive Vice President. He has been a Director of Orthofix International N.V. since March 2013. He has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry. He is named inventor on 35 issued patents in the orthopedic product arena with several other patents pending. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degree from MiraCosta College.

Mr. Michael M. Finegan, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Strategy Officer at Orthofix International N.V. since June 20, 2013. Mr. Finegan served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Orthofix International NV since June 2006 and served as its President of Biologics since March 2009. Mr. Finegan led newly created Corporate Development Group at Orthofix, focusing on the development and implementation of a comprehensive plan to identify external opportunities for Orthofix International Nv to increase its revenues and earnings. Mr. Finegan joined Orthofix International in June 2006 as Vice President of Business Development. He has an extensive medical device experience. He served sixteen years with the Boston Scientific Corporation where he served as Vice President of Corporate Sales and led Boston Scientific's sales, marketing and strategic alliance efforts, including the development and execution of new business initiatives. He has been instrumental in the planning and integration activities of the $28 billion Guidant acquisition. He served sales and marketing roles with Marion Laboratories and also served three years in banking with First Union Corporation (Wachovia). Mr. Finegan earned a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University.

Mr. Davide Bianchi has been President of Global Extremity Fixation at Orthofix International N.V. since December 2013 and served as President of Internal Extremity Fixation since July 2013 until January 2014. From February 2009 through June 2013, Mr. Bianchi served as President of the Heart Valve Global Business Unit at Sorin Group. He spent ten years with Edwards Lifesciences, where he served as the European Marketing Manager, Business Director of Emerging Markets, Managing Director of Germany, Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Marketing for EMEA. Mr. Bianchi received his M.B.A. from ISTUD Milano.

Mr. Doug Rice, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Orthofix International N.V. since April 24, 2015. Mr. Rice has been the Chief Accounting Officer at Orthofix International N.V. since September 4, 2014 and served as Interim Chief Financial Officer from September 26, 2014 to April 24, 2015. He joined the Orthofix International in early September from Vision Source and Smile Source, a private equity-backed optometric and dental network provider, where he had served since 2012 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rice served as the Vice President, Finance, Treasurer of McAfee, a security technology company, from 2007 to 2012, when it was acquired by Intel. From 2000 to 2007, he served as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller of Concentra, Inc., a national healthcare service provider. Mr. Rice was the Vice President, Finance of la Madeleine French Bakery and Caf???, a restaurant chain with locations in multiple metropolitan areas, from 1996 to 1999. From 1994 to 1996, he was Director of Finance at Allied Marketing Group, an international direct mail marketer. Mr. Rice also served as an Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) between 1988 and 1993. He is a certified public accountant and received both an MBA and BBA from Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Bradley V. Niemann, also known as Brad, has been the President of BioStim Business at Orthofix International N.V. since June 20, 2013. Mr. Niemann focuses on managing the commercial operations of the Stimulation business. Mr. Niemann has over 14 years of experience and success in the industry. He served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations for the Global Spine business unit at Orthofix International N.V. from February 27, 2012 to June 20, 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from DePaul University.

Mr. Robert Allen Goodwin II, also known as Bob, has been President of Biologics at Orthofix International NV since July 2013 and served as a Director of Corporate Development since May 2006 until 2008. He has more than 18 years of medical device experience, including escalating levels of responsibility in functional areas of finance, sales, new product development, I/T, business development and marketing. Prior to joining Orthofix, he was with U.S. Endoscopy, Aspect Medical Systems and CR Bard. Bob holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maine.?

Mr. Raymond Fujikawa, also known as Ray, serves as the President of Spine Fixation at Orthofix International N.V. Mr. Fujikawa served as a Vice President of Sales at BREG, Inc. He has led key initiatives in orthopedic product sales and management for over 23 years. His experience ranges from field representation to the management, directorship and executive leadership of global orthopedic sales. He has represented products from a variety of medical device markets including arthroscopy, OR power equipment, total joints, trauma products, pain management and sports medicine post-op products. His leadership has enabled BREG to expand sales and marketing initiatives on a global level.

Suzanne Armstrong serves as the Vice President Human Resources of Orthofix. Suzanne started at Orthofix in January of 2017. Suzanne currently resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.
