Mr. Brian Tanner has been Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Overseas Shipholding Group Inc. since April 2015. Mr. Tanner served as Research Analyst at Banc of America Securities LLC, Research Division. Prior to joining OSG, he served as Head of Investor Relations for Hawaiian Telcom, where he built the investor relations program after its emergence from Chapter 11 and helped lead the effort to list on NASDAQ. Prior to Hawaiian Telcom, he worked at both Merrill Lynch and Bank of America, as a senior equity research analyst covering the telecommunications industry. He worked at both AT&T and Alcatel-Lucent in a variety of corporate finance positions. Mr. Tanner earned a B.S. degree in Economics from the College of New Jersey and his M.B.A. from Pace University.

Damon M. Mote is the Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Overseas Shipholding Group (???Overseas???). In December 2014, Mr. Mote was promoted to the Vice President of Marine Labor Relations. This position has overall responsibilities for the crewing, negotiations and management of the Collective Bargaining Agreements, the OSG representative on three Union Plans Board of Trustees, and sits on the Board of Directors for Alaska Tanker Company. Mr. Mote joined Overseas in 2004 as Manager, Major Projects and then served as Director, New Construction in 2006. In 2011 he served as the Regional Manager of the Technical Services Group which included responsibilities for engineering, purchasing, and the fleet management software system (ABS Nautical Systems). Prior to joining Overseas, he worked for fourteen years with Crowley Maritime with the last position held as Engineering Manager. Mr. Mote holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from California Maritime Academy.

Mr. Richard L. Trueblood, also known as Dick, CPA has been Chief Financial Officer at Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. since December 1, 2017. Mr. Trueblood served as Interim Chief Financial Officer at Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. since July 20, 2017 until December 1, 2017. Mr. Trueblood served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Troon Golf LLC. Mr. Trueblood was joined Troon Golf in 2001 and was an experienced executive with 45 years of experience in the financial field. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Heritage Property Investment Trust, a $2 billion real estate investment trust. From 2015 to 2016, Mr. Trueblood served as Chief Financial Officer for Heliotrope Technologies, Inc., which developed next-generation electrochromic, or smart glass, windows that independently control light and heat. From 2005 to 2013, Mr. Trueblood also served as a director for UMB Bank Arizona, N.A. Mr. Trueblood served as Senior Vice President of Finance of Promus Hotel Corporation and also served as Partner of KPMG - Peat Marwick LLP for 23 years. He is a Professional Accountant. He received his B.S. degree in accounting from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts.
