Mr. Edward Coll, also known as Ed, serves as the President of Phoenix Bulk Carriers (US) Corp. Mr. Coll co-founded Bulk Partners Limited in 1996. Mr. Coll co-founded Pangaea Logistics Solutions Ltd and has been its Chief Executive Officer since April 29, 2014. He serves as the President of Phoenix Bulk Carriers for US. Mr. Coll spent 10 years at Continental Grain Company with assignments in New York, New Orleans, Rome and Rotterdam. He joined Commodity Ocean Transport Corp. (COTCO) in 1989 and served as its President since 1993. In this position, he was responsible for the overall activities and businesses of three U.S public shipping companies. He is an elected member of the American Bureau of Shipping and has considerable expertise in the worldwide shipping and commodities markets and lectures regularly on these topics. He serves as the Chairman of the Board at Pangaea Logistics Solutions Ltd. and has been its Director since October 1, 2014. Mr. Coll holds a B.S. in nautical science from the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point and a Master's Degree in International Business from Pace University.

Mr. Carl Claus Boggild serves as the President of Phoenix Bulk Carriers - Brazil at Bulk Partners Limited Prior to joining Bulk, Mr. Boggild served as Director of Chartering and Operations at the Korf Group of Germany. He was a Partner at Trasafra Ltd., a Brazilian agent for the largest independent grain parcel operator from Argentina and Brazil to Europe. He served as President of Pangaea Logistics Solutions Ltd until May 2017. He worked for Hudson Trading and Chartering where he was responsible for Brazilian related transportation services. As President of Commodity Ocean Transport Corporation (COTCO) he was responsible for the operations of its affiliate Handy Bulk Carriers Corporation. Prior to becoming President of COTCO, Mr. Boggild served as an Executive Vice President and was responsible for its Latin American operations. He has been a Director of Pangaea Logistics Solutions Ltd. since October 1, 2014. He holds a diploma in International Maritime Law.

Mr. Gianni DelSignore has been Chief Financial Officer of Pangaea Logistics Solutions Ltd. since April 11, 2017. Prior to Pangaea, Mr. Signore worked with Ernst & Young for five years. During his seven-year tenure at Pangaea, he has worked closely with Mr. Laura in managing Pangaea's overall finance function. He holds MBA from Bryant University and BS in Accounting from Providence College.

Mr. Mark L. Filanowski has been the Chief Operating Officer of Pangaea Logistics Solutions Ltd. since January 1, 2017. Mr. Filanowski serves as a Founding Partner of Intrepid Shipping, LLC. Mr. Filanowski served as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Crowley Petroleum Services, Inc. (Alternate Name: Marine Transport Corporation) from June 1998 to 2001. He served as Senior Vice President of Marine Transport Lines Inc.(MTL), a subsidiary of Marine Transport Corporation since November 1989 and its Head of operations and ship management from 1994 to 1998 and as the Chief Financial Officer from 1989 to 1994. From 1984 to 1988, he served as Vice President and Controller of Armtek Corporation and from 1976 to 1984 he served as an Audit and Tax Manager for Ernst & Young. For ten years, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shoreline Mutual (Bermuda), Ltd. and Arvak Inc. He serves as a Director of Shoreline Mutual (Bermuda), Ltd. He has been a Director at Pangaea Logistics Solutions Ltd. since October 1, 2014. He served as a Director of Crowley Petroleum Services, Inc. from June 15, 1998 to 2001. Mr. Filanowski graduated from the University of Connecticut and received an M.B.A. from New York University. He was a Certified Public Accountant.
