Dr. Donald H. Foley, also known as Don, Ph.D. has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of PAR Technology Corporation since April 12, 2017. Dr. Foley is the founder of Martingale Consulting, in Potomac, MD. Dr. Foley serves as President of Partech, Inc. Dr. Foley has more than 35 years experience in the management of technology, including senior executive positions in both the public and private sectors. Dr. Foley served as an Executive Vice President of Special International Assignment of Leidos Holdings, Inc. (formerly known as SAIC Inc./Science Applications International Corporation) since 2002 and its Executive Vice President from 2005 to 2011. He was at SAIC from 1991 to 2011. He served as the Chief Engineering and Technology Officer of Leidos Holdings, Inc. from January 14, 2005 to January 10, 2007, Group President from February 2004 to January 10, 2005, Executive Vice President from July 2000 to February 2004 and also served as its Executive Vice President, Special Projects. He served as Sector Vice President of Leidos Holdings, Inc from 1992 to July 2000. Dr. Foley led Leidos Holdings, Inc. in technology and systems engineering, innovation and best practices across it. Dr. Foley joined Leidos Holdings, Inc in 1991 and served as its Group President of the Research and Intelligence Group from 1991 to 2005. and served as its Chief Technology Officer. Prior to Leidos Holdings, Inc, Dr. Foley served as the Director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's (DARPA) Special Programs Office from 1986 to 1991, where he led its development activities in next generation sensors and signal processing and also their operational integration into existing platforms. From 1971 to 1985, he served as an Executive Vice President of PAR Technology Corporation and played a key role in guiding this startup corporation through a successful public offering. Dr. Foley was part of the executive management team that led both SAIC and PAR Technology to successful Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in 2006 and 1982 respectively. He has been Director at PAR Technology Corporation since January 1, 2016. He serves as a Member of Board of Advisors at DBT-Data LLC. He serves as Director of The Thos. Somerville Company and Government Secure Solutions CGI Inc. He served as a Director of Leidos Holdings, Inc. from July 2002 to 2007. He served on the board of two wholly owned subsidiaries of Leidos Holdings, Inc., Telcordia (Bell Core) and SAIC's Venture Capital Corporation. He holds Robert H. Goddard Award for Outstanding Professional Achievement Award, 2001; WPI Hobart Newell Award for Outstanding Alumnus Award, 1996; Senior Executive Service (SES) Performance Award, 19891990; and Senior Executive Service (SES) Performance Award, 19881989. Dr. Foley holds Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering & Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering both from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and also Doctorate Degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Syracuse University.

Ms. Karen E. Sammon has been Chief of Staff & Strategy at PAR Technology Corporation since April 12, 2017. Ms. Sammon served as Chief Executive Officer and President of PAR Technology Corporation since January 1, 2016 until April 12, 2017. Ms. Sammon served as the President of ParTech Inc. from April 8, 2013 to January 1, 2016. Ms. Sammon served as President of Par Restaurant and Retail. She rejoined PAR from The CBORD Group, Inc. Ms. Sammon served as Senior Vice President of Operations of The CBORD Group, Inc., since October 2010 and was responsible for operations supporting its card systems, housing systems, food and nutrition management solutions and integrated security product lines. She served as the President of Software Solutions Division - ParTech Inc., a subsidiary of PAR Technology Corp. since 2007. Ms. Sammon served as the President of Par-Siva Corporation a subsidiary of PAR Technology Corp. since 2007. She served as the Chief Product and Strategy Officer of PAR Software Solutions Division- ParTech Inc. and served as its Corporate Counsel/Director of Investor Relations. She serves on the FS TEC Advisory Board. She serves as a Director of Penn State University's School of Hospitality, as well as the ???Real World??? Program at Colgate University's Technology Strategies for the Hospitality Industry. She served as Director at PAR Technology Corporation from January 1, 2016 to April 12, 2017. She is a lawyer by education and is admitted by the bar in the states of Illinois and New York. Ms. Sammon received BA in History from Colgate University, followed by her Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati, as well as an Executive Education degree from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Matthew R. Cicchinelli, also known as Matt, has been President of Par Government Systems Corporation and President of Rome Research Corporation at PAR Technology Corporation since December 15, 2015. Mr. Cicchinelli has over 29 years of experience within the defense and intelligence communities with contributions at the highest levels of US military operations and national security policy. Mr. Cicchinelli served as Vice President of ISR Innovations at PAR Technology Corporation since July 2013. He served as President of Government Business Segment at PAR Technology Corporation since December 15, 2015. Mr. Cicchinelli joined PAR in 2011 as Executive Director for Operations. Mr. Cicchinelli served as Vice President of Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) Innovations at PAR Government Systems Corporation since 2013 and served as its Executive Director of ISR Products. Mr. Cicchinelli managed PAR Government's growing portfolio of commercial software products that deliver cutting edge solutions to the ISR technology market. Prior to joining PAR, Mr. Cicchinelli served in various senior roles with the United States Marine Corps and the Department of Defense with a focus on command and control, ISR technologies and strategic plans and policies. Mr. Cicchinelli retired from the Marine Corps in 2011 with the rank of Colonel. He served as a National Security Fellow with the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. Mr. Cicchinelli holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Duke University and an M.A. from the US Naval War College.

Dr. John W. Sammon, Jr., founded PAR Technology Corporation in 1968 and has been its Chairman Emeritus since April 25, 2011. Dr. Sammon served as Chief Executive Officer and President of PAR Technology Corporation from 1968 to April 25, 2011. He served as the President of PAR Tech Inc., a subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation from 1978 to 1987 and again from December 1997 to June 2000. He served as the Chairman of PAR Technology Corporation from 1983 to April 25, 2011 and has been its Director since 1968. Dr. Sammon also holds various positions with other subsidiaries of PAR Technology Corporation. Dr. Sammon also serves as a director on the boards of PAR Government Systems Corporation and Rome Research Corporation.

Mr. William J. Williams has been Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Customer Service - Restaurant & Retail at PAR Technology Corporation since November 19, 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Field Engineering - Restaurant and Retail until November 19, 2015. Mr. Williams served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations & Field Service at PAR Technology Corporation. Mr. Williams served as Vice President of Global Operations and Hardware Engineering - PAR Restaurant & Retail of PAR Technology Corporation. Mr. Williams served as Vice President of Operations of ParTech, Inc., a subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation since 2002. Mr. Williams served as Vice President of Manufacturing of ParTech, Inc. since February 1998. Prior to this position, Mr. Williams served as Vice President, Operations at ParTech, Inc. Dr. Tom Cooney serves as the Chief Quality Officer of PAR Restaurant and Retail at PAR Technology Corporation. Dr. Cooney serves as Chief Quality Officer for ParTech, Inc. He oversees PAR's ISO 9001:2008 certified quality management system and is the focal point for PAR's continuous improvement efforts. Dr. Cooney facilitates process development, deployment process planning, failure analysis and reliability data analysis. Dr. Cooney has extensive experience in supply chain engineering, product management, fundamental materials characterization, statistical process control and problem solving methodologies. He has direct experience in utilizing project management skills across international boundaries. Dr. Cooney served as Director of Quality & Engineering for Dielectric Laboratories (DLI), where he founded the Build to Print Thin Film business unit and served as Business Unit Manager. He held several roles at Intel including Quality & Reliability Program Manager and Purchasing Manager. He earned an IMAPS distinguished young engineer award and a Department of Energy excellence in graduate research award. In 2007, Dr. Cooney earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. Dr. Cooney holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, where he received a Presidential Leadership Scholarship. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Bryan A. Menar has been Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of PAR Technology Corporation since January 3, 2017 and also serves as its Principal Financial & Accounting Officer. Mr. Menar is responsible for the annual operating budget, monthly reporting, financial statements, cash flow projections and oversees PAR's banking activities and funding. Mr. Menar joined PAR from Chobani, LLC, where he served as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). While at Chobani, Mr. Menar led the financial planning and analysis team and was responsible for all corporate financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, business reviews and financial presentations for both internal and external stakeholders and partners. He has also had senior finance level roles at JC Jones & Associates, Goldman Sachs & Co., and Ernst & Young LLP. He holds his Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting and Economics from Le Moyne College and his MBA in Finance from The Stern Business School at New York University.

Mr. Victor Melnikow has been Executive Vice President of the Business Unit at PAR Technology Corporation since December 1, 2011. Mr. Melnikow has served as an Executive Vice President of PAR Government Systems Corporation since December 2011. Mr. Melnikow is responsible for the day-to-day operations and the execution of PAR Government's growth strategy. He has been a guiding force to PAR Government since 1987. He served as Chief Financial Officer of PAR Government Systems Corporation. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Rome Research Corporation since September 2003. He has contributed to PAR Government's growth through the development of pricing and financial strategy, business modeling, business management, risk assessment and profit optimization. In his position as Executive Vice President, his major tasks include: strategy development and oversight of all major departments. Previously, Mr. Melnikow served as Vice President of Finance at Rome Research Corporation since July 1995. He joined Colt Industries as part of its three-year Management Career System. At Colt, he gained knowledge and practical experience working in a variety of different industries and functional areas - Production Control Planner with Chandler-Evans (aircraft engine fuel controls and pumps), plant engineer with Trent Tube (seamless steel tubing manufacturer for aircraft hydraulics) and buyer with Menasco (landing gear manufacturer). He has more than thirty years of finance and executive experience within the Government sector. He expanded his knowledge of contract law and project management as a senior subcontracts administrator with Hughes Aircraft Company, Ground Systems Group, in Fullerton, CA. He was hired by PAR Government as a Senior Contracts Administrator. He was promoted through a variety of positions in the Contracts, Pricing and Finance Functions - Contracts Manager, Director of Contracts, Planning & Administration, Controller, Vice President of Finance, Vice President & General Manager at PAR Government. Mr. Melnikow received his B.S. in Engineering with an emphasis on Operations Research from Cornell University. He received an MBA degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. While in California, he completed coursework and received a Certification in Purchasing and Materials Management from UCLA.

Ms. Catherine A. King, also known as Cathy, serves as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of PAR Technology Corporation. Prior to joining PAR in July 2016, Ms. King served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Chobani Global Holdings, LLC., where she oversaw all legal affairs of the company, including advising management and the board on commercial and strategic transactions, regulatory and litigation matters and corporate governance. She was a Partner of Harris Beach LLP. She previously practiced law and was a member of Bond Schoeneck & King, PLLC from 2008 to 2012 and Harris Beach, PLLC from 1990 to 2008. Ms. King holds a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and a B.A. in Economics and Labor Relations from State University of New York at Potsdam.
