Mr. Brian E. Shore has been the Chief Executive Officer at Park Electrochemical Corp. since November 1996. Mr. Stephen E. Gilhuley has been an Executive Vice President of Administration and Secretary at Park Electrochemical corp since April 5, 2012 and July 1996 respectively. Mr. Gilhuley served as an Executive Vice President of Park Electrochemical from October 25, 2006 to April 9, 2012, General Counsel from April 1994 to November 1, 2011 and Senior Vice President from March 2001 to October 25, 2006. He has been employed in Park Electrochemical since 1994. Prior to joining Park Electrochemical, Mr. Gilhuley served as a General Counsel, Secretary and Vice President of Allen Telecom, Inc. (formerly The Allen Group, Inc.), where he was employed for fifteen years, after having been an associate lawyer with the law firm of Shearman & Sterling in New York City. He received a B.A. degree from the Yale University and a J.D. degree from the Vanderbilt University School of Law.

Mr. Constantine Petropoulos, also known as Gus, has been a Vice President and General Counsel of Park Electrochemical Corp. since September 04, 2014. Mr. Petropoulos was Managing Attorney, Strategic Matters for Scientific Games Corporation in New York City since November 2011. From September 2007 to October 2011, he was Senior Corporate Counsel, Finance & Strategic Development, at Coca-Cola HBC SA in Attica, Greece; and from October 2002 to September 2007 he was a Senior Associate Attorney at Latham & Watkins in New York City. Mr. Petropoulos received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Government from Saint Lawrence University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Certificate of Study in Business and Public Policy from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Christopher T. Mastrogiacomo, also known as Chris, has been the Chief Operating Officer at Park Electrochemical Corp. since June 1, 2011 and has been its President since July 29, 2014. Mr. Mastrogiacomo served as an Executive Vice President of Park Electrochemical Corp. since June 1, 2011 until July 29, 2014. He served as a Vice President of Hadco Santa Clara Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Park Electrochemical Corp. from December 8, 2010 to June 2011 and served as its Vice President of Strategic Marketing since September 8, 2010. Prior to joining Park Electrochemical Corp., Mr. Mastrogiacomo held senior management positions with Sanmina-SCI Corporation. He served Senior Vice President in charge of Volume Printed Wiring Board Operations, Hadco Corporation since June 1999. From 2004 to 2008, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations, the Americas Enclosures Systems of Sanmina-SCI. From 2000 to 2004, he was Senior Vice President, Printed Wiring Board Operations of Sanmina-SCI. He joined Hadco Corporation in March 1988. Prior to that, Mr. Mastrogiacomo served as Senior Vice President in charge of the Santa Clara volume operations as well as all Value Added Manufacturing of backplane and system assembly since September 1997. He served as Vice President from January 1997 to September 1997 and the Business Unit Manager in charge of the Derry volume printed circuit business unit from January 1994 to January 1997. From March 1988 to January 1994, he was Manufacturing Manager for Corporation's Owego of New York facility. Mr. Mastrogiacomo received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Clarion State University in Clarion, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Frank Alberto, Jr., has been the President of Nelco Products Pte. Ltd, a business unit of Park Electrochemical Corp. since January 6, 2017. Mr. Alberto served as a Vice President of Quality Engineering at Park Electrochemical Corp. from December 2010 to January 5, 2017. He joined Park in December 2010. Prior to Park Electrochemical Corp., Mr. Alberto held management positions with Sanmina-SCI Corporation and its predecessor, Hadco Corporation. Since 2008, Mr. Alberto served as Vice President of Quality of Sanmina-SCI Corporation PCB Operations. From 2008 to 2009, he served as Vice President of Engineering and acting General Manager of the Wuxi printed circuit board operations of Sanmina-SCI Corporation; and from 2004 to 2008, he served as Vice President of Engineering, Euro-Asia PCB Region of Sanmina-SCI Singapore. During the 23 years prior to 2004, Mr. Alberto held several positions with Sun Microsystems, Sanmina-SCI Corporation, Hadco Corporation and Microfab Incorporated in Amesbury, Massachusetts. Mr. Alberto received a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts and a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.

Mr. Mark A. Esquivel has been Senior Vice President of Aerospace at Park Electrochemical Corp. since October 2017 and served as its Vice President of Aerospace from April 2015 to October 2017. Mr. Esquivel has been the President of Aerospace Advanced Composite Materials, Parts and Assemblies Manufacturing and Design Business Unit at Park Aerospace Technologies Corp since April 2015. He served as Vice President of Aerospace Composite Parts at Park Aerospace Technologies Corp since March 8, 2012. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Neltec, Inc. from September 2008 to June 2010. He was with at Neltec, Inc., since 1994. He served as President of Park Aerospace Technologies Corp from June 2010 to March 8, 2012. He served in various positions at Neltec, Inc. including Manufacturing Manager from August 2004 to September 2008 and Materials Manager from February 2001 to August 2004. Mr. Esquivel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona.

Mr. Benjamin Wykoff Shore, also known as Ben, has been Senior Vice President of Business Development at Park Electrochemical Corp. since October 2017. Mr. Shore served as Manager of Corporate Development at athenahealth, Inc. from 2017, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and investments. From 2011 to 2014, he was an Investment Analyst and a Senior Investment Analyst at Prudential Capital Group, where he invested capital in middle market companies in many different industries. He was an Associate in Economic and Valuation Services at KPMG LLP from 2010 to 2011, where he worked in financial and tax consulting projects. He also is a CFA Charterholder. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.

Mr. John Jamieson has been the Vice President of Aerospace Supply Chain Management at Park Electrochemical Corp. since January 14, 2015 and served as its Vice President of Project Management from October 2014 to January 2015. Mr. Jamieson served as the President of Neltec Inc Business Unit from May 2017 to September 2017. Mr. Jamieson served as the General Manager of Active Metal Finishing Company Ltd., a metal finishing and industrial coating company located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, from October 2011 to November 2013. Prior to October 2011, he served as Vice President of Global Manufacturing Engineering of Sanmina-SCI Corporation, a leading electronics contract manufacturing services company, from 2007 to 2011 and Director of Global Manufacturing Engineering of Sanmina-SCI Corporation from 2003 to 2007. Mr. Jamieson held several engineering and managerial positions at Fullarton Computer Industries, an electronics contract manufacturing services company, from 1987 to 2003 and he served as a Fabrication Planning Engineer from 1979 to 1987 at Scott Lithgow Ltd., a fabrication and construction facility. Mr. Jamieson received a Mechanical and Production Engineering degree from James Watt College in Scotland.
