Mr. David L. Trautman has been the Chief Executive Officer of Park National Corp. and its subsidiary The Park National Bank Inc. since January 1, 2014. Mr. Trautman has been the President of Park National Corp. since January 1, 2005 and has been its Secretary since July 22, 2002. He served as the President and Chief Executive at First-Knox National Bank from May 1997 to February 2002. He served as Vice President of Park National Corporation from July 1993 to June 1997. Mr. Miller served as the Chief Accounting Officer of The Park National Bank Inc., a subsidiary of Park National Corp. since December 2012 until April 1, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President until April 1, 2017. Mr. Miller served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Park National Corporation until April 1, 2017. He served as Vice President of Accounting at Park National Bank until December 2012. He began his Park career as a Vice President in Accounting Department in April 2009. His service with Park has included key leadership roles in Park's capital raising activities, loan portfolio accounting and other components of financial reporting. Previously, he worked eight years at Deloitte & Touche, where his experience was primarily focused on financial service industry clients. He is a board member of both the YMCA of Licking County and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Licking and Perry Counties. He is a member of the Granville Rotary Club. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Akron.

Ms. Kelly A. Edds, CPA, has been Chief Accounting Officer of Park National Corporation since April 1, 2017. Ms. Edds has been Chief Accounting Officer of The Park National Bank since April 1, 2017. She served as Vice President of Park National Corporation until April 1, 2017. Ms. Edds served as Vice President of Accounting Department at The Park National Bank since December 2012 until April 1, 2017 and is also responsible for financial reporting on the accounting team. She joined Park in 2010. She worked six years at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Columbus, Ohio. She has been a Board Treasurer for Pathways of Central Ohio since 2013. She was a campaign ambassador twice for United Way of Licking County and has been a planning committee member for Licking County's Relay for Life event. She earned bachelor's degrees from Ohio University in accounting and management information systems.

Mr. Brady T. Burt, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Park National Corporation since December 19, 2012 and has been its Treasurer and Secretary since April 22, 2013 and January 1, 2014 respectively. Mr. Burt has been Chief Financial Officer of the Park National Bank since December 19, 2012 and has been its Senior Vice President since December 19, 2012. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Park National Corporation from April 2007 to December 19, 2012. Mr. Burt served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of The Park National Bank (Newark, OH), a subsidiary of Park National Corp., from April 20, 2007 to December 19, 2012. He has over 12 years of experience in Accounting and Auditing. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vail Banks Inc. from June 20, 2005 to November 2006 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Burt served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of WestStar Bank-sub since June 20, 2005. He joined Vail Banks, Inc. (the parent company for WestStar Bank of Vail, Colorado) in April 2002 and served as Senior Vice President and Director of Internal Audit until February 2005. He served as a Vice President in the Capital Markets Audit Group at Bank One Corporation in Chicago, Illinois from September 2001 to April 2002. He has been Director at Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati since January 1, 2017. Mr. Burt worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP for seven years from September 1994 to September 2001 first as a Senior Associate and then as a Manager. Mr. Burt holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1994. He is Certified Public Accountant.
