Mr. Yuval Keinan has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Partner Communications Company Ltd since January 01, 2016. Ms. Vismunski-Weinberg received her LLB in Law from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel, in 1998 and was admitted to the Israeli Bar on 1999.
