Ms. Stephanie C. Yanchinski is a Member at the Pasadena Angels. Ms. Yanchinski is also an Executive Director of Pasadena Entretec and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of strategic planning and operations, including fund-raising, membership, programming, and promotion. Ms. Yanchinsk is an award-winning writer and marketing and communications specialist. She successfully built and managed a business consulting company serving a diverse clientele in the high tech arena. Ms. Yanchinsk takes particular pride in the many start-up ventures that used her services to attract finance and partners. Here, her intuitive sense of how business works added value and credibility. First established in London United Kingdom, she operated successfully in Europe, Singapore, and Toronto. In Toronto, she drove the foundation stages of a $20 million medical science incubator, located in the downtown core and ran a $1.5 million Chief Executive Officer mentoring and training program. Ms. Yanchinsk worked for the New Scientist as Biosciences Editor, where she won Britain's foremost prize for science reporting. She was an early Founder, and leading Board Member of Canada's largest and most successful biotechnology industry association. As European Bureau Chief for McGraw Hill's newsletter Biotechnology Newswatch, and through her writings for Business Week, the Financial Times newspaper, The Times and Guardian newspapers, and European investment newsletters, Ms. Yanchinsk tracked the emergence of the biotechnology industry in Europe. She authored two books on the early development of the biotechnology industry. Ms. Yanchinsk trained as a Scientist and pursued medical research in hormone metabolism in Canada and the United Kingdom, where she earned a second degree before turning to a career in science journalism. She is a Member of Advisory Council of Pasadena Bioscience Collaborative. She is a graduate of McGill University in Canada.

Mr. William H. Baribault, also known as Bill, served as the Chief Operating Officer of Henry Company since August 2001 and also served as its President. Mr. Baribault served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Belvedere SoCal from February 2008 to March 17, 2009. He was a Partner of Eagle Associates. From 1975 to 1999, he held various positions including Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Elect Air, The Fornaciari Company and Fluid Power Locator and Vice President of Applied Industrial Technologies. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Professional Business Bank from February 2008 to March 17, 2009 and its President until March 17, 2009. Mr. Baribault has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Oakwood Enterprises. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Spectrum Bank since February 2008. He serves as the Chairman of Professional Business Bank. He served as the Chairman and Director of Belvedere SoCal since December 2008. He also serves as a Director or Board Advisor on the Boards of Architectural Woodworking Company, M Chemical Company, Active Sales Inc, M. C. Gill Corporation, Verdugo Hills Hospital Foundation, Chief Executives Organization and Flintridge Preparatory School. Mr. Robert Foster is a Member at Pasadena Angels. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer at four different high technology companies involved with enterprise resource planning and sales force automation software, digital mapping, factory automation and industrial robotics, and composite plastics. Mr. Foster was president at Thomas Bros. Maps where he managed the conversion to computer based mapping products. Previously, he was a Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Xerox, where he managed over 100 sales representatives and a staff of 500. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the UCLA Anderson Management School. Mr. Foster has taught at Anderson part time since 1983 and full time since 1999. He brings to the classroom his real world management experiences in high technology marketing, product development of technology products, sales strategies and tactics, and management consulting. Mr. Foster created and teaches Anderson's popular High Technology Management course, which he has taught to 700 students in the past 13 years. He also teaches the Business Plan Development course and Management Field Study, where Mr. Foster has advised over 150 consulting studies of technology companies. He teaches in the regular M.B.A., Fully Employed M.B.A., and the Executive M.B.A. programs. In 2003 Mr. Foster was awarded The Most Outstanding Teacher of the Year award by the Fully Employed M.B.A. students.

Brown & Co. and a strategy and venture development professional with operating and consulting experience in advanced technology. At J. L. Brown & Co., Mr. Brown has advised over 50 high-technology ventures on strategy, marketing, and business development. He has also provided strategic advisory services to corporate development and strategic marketing groups at Xerox Corporation, NCR Corporation, Kodak Corporation, American Medical International, and numerous emerging companies and new ventures. Mr. Brown was a Director of Strategy and Member of the Executive Committee of Teradata Corporation which grew from $10 million to $300 million in annual sales during his three-year tenure. He also held marketing, sales, and corporate management information system positions with Xerox Corporation, Siemens Corporation, TRW, and several emerging software companies. Mr. Brown is a Founder and Chairman of The Caltech/MIT Enterprise Forum. He serves on the Board of The Caltech Entrepreneur Fellowship Program. He speaks frequently on high-tech marketing and venture strategy and development at universities, professional organizations, and investor conferences. Mr. Brown holds an SM in Management from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Mr. Steven Garber is a Member at the Pasadena Angels. Mr. Garber served as a Marketing and Branding Advisor at LeisureLink, Inc. He is also a and Member of Advisory Board at LeisureLink, Inc. Mr. Garber is well recognized in the advertising and marketing community both for his accomplishments as an award winning Advertising and Promotion Creative Director and for his entrepreneurial accomplishments both as a Consultant to major corporations and as Senior Director of Marketing for one of the Internet's most successful IPO's. His supervisory skills were honed managing large internal creative, art, production, and traffic departments at N.W. Ayer, Dailey & Associates, McCann- Erickson, and the bi-coastal offices of JP&A among others. Mr. Garber's involvement in the Internet began when he created the Real Estate Is Our Life campaign for the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). The success of the NAR campaign virtually changed the image of real estate agents, and in 1998 led him to Homestore.com. Beginning as a department of one, Mr. Garber developed the strategic plans and the marketing materials for the company's successful $2 billion IPO. He then ran the agency reviews that led to the hiring of TBWA/Chiat Day as Homestore's brand agency as well as three additional agencies to handle the company's vertical trade channels. He was elected to the Board of The Stroke Association of Southern California. As a Director Mr. Garber has used his marketing experience to raise the awareness of both stroke prevention and stroke survivor programs among both the general public and medical professionals. His campaigns have been honored with Belding Awards, an Andy, the Certificat Shortlist from Cannes and more importantly, with five Effie Awards for strategic and marketing excellence.

He served as an Executive Vice President at Avery International, President at Swedlow, Inc., and President and Chief Executive Officer at Monogram Industries.
