Mr. Joseph D. Perillo, also known as Joe, has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Patriot National Bancorp, Inc. and Patriot Bank, N.A. since May 2017. Mr. Perillo served as the Chief Accounting Officer at iQor, Inc. since 2005 and served as its Chief Financial Officer. He served as Chief Accounting Officer at iQor Holdings Inc. Mr. Perillo has been instrumental in transforming the iQor 's finance function to support the business??? expansion and strategic initiatives. He successfully implemented iQor's own finance and accounting software resulting in enhanced controls over accounting and procurement processes, while also reorganizing the finance team across functional lines for cohesive operation. These changes resulted in significant reductions in finance and audit-related costs. He joined Greenpoint Financial Corp. as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller since April 26, 2000. He joined Greenpoint with financial management experience in the banking industry. He served as Senior Vice President and Controller of Natwest Group, North America in New York. He also served as Vice President and Controller of Fleet Bank NA in Jersey City. Prior to joining Fleet Bank, he held a variety of financial management positions with National Westminster Bancorp. He began in public accounting with KPMG and then 20 years in banking with Citibank, NatWest and later at GreenPoint Financial. Mr. Perillo earned his B.S. in accounting from St. John's University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Samuel S. Davis has been an Executive Vice President & Chief Credit Officer of Patriot Bank, N.A. a subsidiary of Patriot National Bancorp Inc. since April 2013. Mr. Davis oversees the Bank's loan portfolio, lending activities and compliance as well as ensuring operating policies, procedures, objectives and goals. He joined the Patriot team in 2009, serving as the Bank's Senior Lending Officer from September 2011 to April 2013. In that role, he was responsible for new business development and managing the Bank's portfolio. His 30-year commercial banking career includes senior-level positions at both community and regional banks in both Connecticut and New York, where he had a proven track record of improving asset quality while originating business transactions from $250,000 to $10 million. Mr. Davis holds Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and his MBA from University of Connecticut.

Mr. Richard A. Muskus, Jr. has been President of Patriot National Bancorp, Inc. and its subsidiary Patriot Bank, N.A. since January 27, 2017. Mr. Muskus has been President of Patriot Bank since February 1, 2017. He served as Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President at Patriot National Bancorp Inc. from February 2014 to January 27, 2017. He spent 13 years at Connecticut Community Bank and served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending and from 2010, as President of its Greenwich Bank & Trust division. He was an Assistant Vice President and Senior Credit Analyst of Greenwich Bank from 1995 to 1998 and then Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer until 2000. Mr. Muskus has been a Director of Patriot National Bancorp, Inc. since July 2017.
