It has been mostly positive and the culture seems to be more like a family .... albeit a disfunctional family but a family all the same

Higher pay that is closer to what the guys in the field make
because i was making over $1 more an hour at the company i was laid from
my direct co-workers are fine it is our peripheral management that needs to be effective.
putting people who have a WINNING track record in charge of divisions, not people who led their division into bankruptcy.
