Mr. Kurland served as Chairman of Board of Trustees at PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust since May 2009 until December 2016 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since May 2009 until December 2016. He is an extremely accomplished executive in financial services with more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage banking arena. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Countrywide Financial Corp. from 1988 to September 2006 and President from January 2004 to September 2006. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and President at Countrywide Financial Corp. He previously served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Countrywide Home Loans Inc. Mr. Kurland served in a number of other executive positions at Countrywide Financial Corp., including Executive Managing Director from 2000 to 2003, Senior Managing Director from 1989 to 2000 and Chief Financial Officer from 1979 to 1989. He previously served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Countrywide Home Loans Inc. Prior to joining Countrywide, he was employed by the public accounting firm Grant Thornton. He serves as a Director of Countrywide Home Loans Inc. He has been a Trustee of PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust since August 2009. He serves as a Member of Board of Visitors at UCLA Anderson School of Management. He served as a Director of Countrywide Financial Corp.; MersCorp. Inc., and Countrywide Financial since 1999. He is a Member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. He began his professional career in 1975 in public accounting and practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for the international accounting firm, Grant Thornton. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Kurland received Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University, Northridge in 1975.

Ms. Anne D. McCallion has been the Chief Enterprise Operations Officer and Senior Managing Director of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. since January 1, 2017 and February 2016 respectively. Ms. McCallion has been Chief Enterprise Operations Officer of PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust since January 7, 2017 and has been its Senior Managing Director since February 2016. She serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Private National Mortgage Acceptance Company, LLC, PNMAC Capital Management LLC (PCM) and PennyMac Loan Services LLC (PLS). She is responsible for overseeing financial management, reporting and controls, compliance and tax management. She served as Chief Financial Officer of PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust since May 2009 until December 2016. Ms. McCallion served as Chief Financial Officer of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. from January 2013 to December 2016. She served as Treasurer of PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust since May 2009. Prior to joining PennyMac in April 2009, Ms. McCallion served various financial positions at Countrywide, including serving as Chief Financial Officer after it was acquired by Bank of America. She served as a Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Senior Managing Director of Countrywide Financial Corp. She served as Senior Managing Director of Finance and Chief of Financial Planning and Operations of Countrywide Financial Corp. She served as Senior Managing Director of Operations at Countrywide Financial Corp. since May 2, 2003. Ms. McCallion served as a Senior Managing Director of Finance of Countrywide Financial Corp.'s subsidiary Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. She served as Chief Administrative Officer of Countrywide Home Loans Inc., where she was instrumental in building an efficient support infrastructure, which proved critical as Countrywide rapidly expanded. She joined Countrywide Financial Corp. in 1991. She served as member of the technical staff of the Financial Accounting Standards Board. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Gannon University and is on the Investment Committee of the Ventura County Community Foundation. A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. McCallion is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and is a former chairperson of the Financial Management Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting (Summa Cum Laude) from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. degree from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio.

Mr. Jeffrey P. Grogin, also known as Jeff, has been the Chief Administrative and Legal Officer of PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust since February 2012 Mr. Grogin has been Secretary at PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust since May 2009 and has been its Senior Managing Director since February 2016. Mr. Grogin has been the Chief Administrative & Legal Officer and Assistant Secretary of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. since February 2013 and March 2015 respectively and has been its Senior Managing Director since February 2016. He is responsible for overseeing PennyMac's legal management and affairs, administration and human resources. He is responsible for entity formation and ongoing compliance, establishing and protecting intellectual property, assisting with negotiations and approvals of contracts and agreements, implementing procedures and protocols to ensure Company compliance, determining and complying with federal, state and local regulations and laws and disseminating legal news and changes as appropriate. He has been the Chief Administrative and Legal Officer and Assistant Secretary at Private National Mortgage Acceptance Company, LLC since January 2008. He served as Secretary of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. since February 2013 until March 2015. He began his legal career in 1987 as an associate with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where he worked on mergers and acquisitions, securities and mortgage banking related matters. From 1991 to 2003, he was Founding and Managing Partner of Samaha Grogin, LLP. Since 2000, he served as chief executive officer and general counsel for Snood, LLC. Mr. Grogin holds BS degree from the University of Florida and a JD, cum laude, from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles.

Mr. Andrew S. Chang has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Managing Director of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. since January 1, 2017 and February 2016 respectively. Mr. Chang has been the Chief Business Development Officer of PNMAC Capital Management, LLC (PCM). He has been Chief Financial Officer of PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust since January 7, 2017 and has been its Senior Managing Director since February 2016. He served as Chief Business Development Officer of PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust since May 2009 until December 2016. Mr. Chang served as the Chief Business Development Officer of PennyMac Loan Services, LLC until January 1, 2017. He serves as Senior Managing Director at PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust. He is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, overseeing the development and administration of PennyMac's investment funds, investor relations and reporting and corporate development activities at PennyMac. He has been the Chief Business Development Officer at Private National Mortgage Acceptance Company, LLC since May 2009. He served as the Chief Business Development Officer at PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. since February 2013 until December 2016. He served as the Chief Fund Administration Officer of Private National Mortgage Acceptance Company, LLC from January 2008 to May 2009. Mr. Chang is responsible for overseeing the development and administration of Private National Mortgage's investment funds, as well as leading other strategic initiatives and special projects. He joined PennyMac in May 2008. He served at Blackrock, Inc from June 2005 to May 2008 and a senior member in its Advisory Services practice, specializing in financial strategy and risk management for banks and mortgage companies. He served as an Engagement Manager and a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company from September 1999 to May 2005. Mr. Chang holds AB degree magna cum laude with highest honors in Biology, from Harvard University.

Mr. Vandad Fartaj has been the Chief Capital Markets Officer of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. since February 2013 and its Senior Managing Director since February 2016. Mr. Fartaj has been Chief Investment Officer of PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust since March 3, 2010 and has been its Senior Managing Director since February 2016. He is responsible for all capital markets activities, including asset valuation, trading, hedging and research. He has been the Chief Capital Markets Officer of Private National Mortgage Acceptance Company, LLC and its wholly-owned subsidiary, PNMAC Capital Management, LLC since March 3, 2010. He served as Managing Director of Capital Markets at PNMAC and PCM since April 2008. Prior to joining PNMAC, he held a number of positions at Countrywide Securities Corporation, a broker-dealer, including Vice President, Whole Loan Trading from November 1999 to April 2008. He has substantial experience in mortgage banking, including whole loan trading and managing interest rate and credit risk. Mr. Fartaj holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Ms. Pamela K. Marsh serves as Managing Director and Treasurer of PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust. Ms. Marsh served as an Executive Vice President and Office of the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Indymac Bancorp, Inc., a holding company of IndyMac Bank, F.S.B. She served as an Executive Vice President and Treasurer at PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. Ms. Marsh served as an Executive Vice President of IndyMac Bank, F.S.B. and served as its Director.

Mr. David M. Walker has been Chief Risk Officer of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. since July 2015 and its Senior Managing Director since February 2016. Mr. Walker has been Chief Risk Officer at PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust Since July 2015 and has been its Senior Managing Director since February 2016. Mr. Walker has been Chief Credit and Enterprise Risk Officer at Private National Mortgage Acceptance Company, LLC since November 2013. Mr. Walker served as Chief Credit and Enterprise Risk Officer at PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust since May 2013 until July 2015. He served as the Chief Credit and Enterprise Risk Officer of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. from May 2013 to July 2015. Mr. Walker served as the Chief Credit Officer of Private National Mortgage Acceptance Company, LLC since January 2008 and also as its Chief Operating Officer since June 2011. He served as the Chief Credit Officer of PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust since May 2009 until May 2013. Mr. Walker is responsible for developing and maintaining the loan grading system, default curves, the loan loss severity matrix, new loan underwriting and modification standards, overseeing representation and warranty claims, evaluating and determining the adequacy of reserves and valuation model loss assumptions and the pre-acquisition due diligence of mortgage packages. He joined PennyMac in January 2008. Mr. Walker served as the Chief Lending Officer of Countrywide Bank, N.A., a subsidiary of Countrywide Financial Corporation, where he was responsible for its lending, credit and portfolio management activities. He joined Countrywide Bank, N.A. in March 2002. He served at New World Financial since April 2007. He served as Chief Credit Officer of New World Financial, a mortgage lender, from April 2007 to January 2008. He served for ten years at Countrywide Financial Corporation in a variety of credit risk management and secondary marketing positions including Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of Secondary Marketing. He also served as a Vice President at Citicorp and a Member of McKinsey & Company's corporate finance practice. Mr. Walker holds a BA degree in Business Administration from California State University at Fullerton and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Daniel Stanley Perotti, also known as Dan, has been Senior Managing Director of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. since February 2016 and its Deputy Chief Financial Officer since January 9, 2017. Mr. Perotti has been Deputy Chief Financial Officer at PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust since January 7, 2017 and has been its Senior Managing Director since February 2016. He is responsible for oversight of balance sheets, analysis of realized and projected financial performance and valuation of investment assets for us and the entities we manage. He served as Chief Asset and Liability Management Officer of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. since November 2013 until December 2016. He served as Chief Asset and Liability Management Officer at PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust since November 2013 until December 2016. Prior to joining PNMAC in June 2008, Mr. Perotti was a vice president at BlackRock, Inc. and served as the head of the quantitative research team within its BlackRock Solutions business. Mr. Perotti has substantial experience in asset and liability management, financial analysis and valuation of assets.
