Mr. Kirk W. Walters serves as Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning at People's United Bank and served as its Senior Executive Vice President since April 2014 and Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning at People's United Financial Inc. since March 16, 2011. He served as President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Northeast Savings F.A., a subsidiary of Northeast Federal Corp. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Northeast Federal Corp. since January 1, 1994. He served as Senior Vice President and Controller of CalFed Inc. and California Federal Bank from 1984 to 1989. Mr. Walters co-founded PBDInet. He served with Coopers & Lybrand as an Audit Supervisor. He also served at finance group of Atlantic Richfield Corp. (ARCO) from 1981 to 1984. He began his career as an Accountant at Coopers & Lybrand in Los Angeles. He has been a Director of People's United Bank since March 16, 2011, Sovereign BanCorp. Mr. Walters is a volunteer pilot for Angel Flight. He received a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California in 1978.

Mr. Lee C. Powlus has been the Chief Administration Officer of People's United Financial Inc. since September 16, 2010 and has been its Senior Executive Vice President since May 2011. Mr. Powlus serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of People's United Bank, with oversight of Information Technology, Project Management, Information Security, Operations and eBusiness, Business Services and Real Estate Services. He has more than 20 years of experience in providing enterprise-level information technology solutions for financial services companies, including successful development and implementation of technology strategies and systems integrations. He served as an Executive Vice President of People's United Financial Inc. from September 16, 2010 to May 2011. He served as a Senior Vice President of Information Technology of Chittenden Corporation since January 1, 2008 and as its Director of Information Technology since 2001. Mr. Powlus received his MBA and Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont.

Mr. R. David Rosato has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President at People's United Bank since April 16, 2014 and has been its Treasurer since 2007. Mr. Rosato has been the Chief Financial Officer of People's United Financial Inc. since January 5, 2015 and has been its Senior Executive Vice President since April 16, 2014 and previously served as Treasurer since November 2007. He served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Webster Bank, N.A., since 1999. Mr. Rosato served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Webster Financial Corporation. He joined Webster Bank, predecessor to Webster Bank, N.A., in 1999 as senior vice president and treasurer. Before joining Webster Bank, Mr. Rosato spent more than 13 years at Allfirst in a variety of positions. While at Allfirst he had responsibility for management of assets and liabilities as well as treasury risk control division. He began his career with M&T Bank in Baltimore. He served as Director of Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston since April 19, 2007 and previously served in the same position from April 20, 2006 to December 31, 2006. He is a CFA and a member of the Association for Investment Management & Research. Mr. Rosato holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics and an MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Mr. Jeffrey J. Tengel, also known as Jeff, has been a Senior Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking at People's United Financial Inc. since January 2011. Mr. Tengel serves as Senior Executive Vice President of People's United Bank. He served as an Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking and National Markets at National City Corporation since October 2006, where he held a variety of credit positions since December 2002. He served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking of National City Bank at People's United Financial Inc., from February 2010 to December 31, 2010. He joined People's United in February 2010 from PNC Financial Services Group in Pittsburgh. Mr. Tengel served with National City for 24 years, ultimately serving as a member of its Executive Management Team. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of National City Corp. He joined National City in 1986 as a Corporate Management Trainee after a one-year stint with Arthur Andersen and Co. Prior to December 2002, he served as Senior Managing Director and Head of debt and capital markets at National City Corporation. He was the Owner of the Best In Class project to streamline customer credit approval processes and served as the Chief Credit Officer of Wholesale Banking at National City Corporation. Mr. Tengel has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Marquette University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management.

Mark K. Vitelli has been an Executive Vice President of Direct Banking and Operations of People's United Financial Inc. since 1999. Mr. Vitelli served as an Executive Officer - Credit Card Services and Direct Banking & Operations of People's United Financial Inc. He has served in various capacities for People's Bank since 1984.

Mr. Jeffrey A. Hoyt serves as Controller and Senior Vice President of People's United Bank. Mr. Hoyt served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of People's United Bank since February 2011. He has been Senior Vice President and Controller at People's United Financial Inc. since November 2007 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer and Senior Accounting Officer of People's United Financial Inc. Mr. Hoyt has 15 years of accounting and finance experience. He served as Vice President of Finance of Ethan Allen Interiors Inc., since April 30, 2003 and its Treasurer since April 2005 and also served as its Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Andrew S. Hersom serves as Senior Vice President of People's United Financial, Inc. Mr. Hersom has been Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at People's United Bank, National Association since October 17, 2014. He is responsible for the People's United Bank's investor relations. He joined People's United from The Travelers Co. where he served as Director of Investor Relations and was responsible for developing and delivering effective and consistent communications to investors, financial analysts and the market while partnering with senior leadership on competitive and market activity. He served as a financial analyst with Citigroup and he began his career with the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Hersom graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Providence College and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut.

Mr. Robert E. Trautmann, Esq., has been Senior Executive Vice President at People's United Financial, Inc. since July 2010 and has been its General Counsel since November 2008 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Trautmann serves as Senior Executive Vice President and General Counsel of People's United Bank. He served as an Executive Vice President of People's United Financial Inc. from November 2008 to July 2010 and served as Executive Vice President of People's United Bank. He was responsible for the direction of People's United's legal operation and legislative affairs. Mr. Trautmann also oversees the audit, loan review, operational risk and business continuity functions at People's United. He also served as Assistant Secretary of People's United Financial Inc. He served as Acting General Counsel, Corporate Counsel and First Vice President of People's United Financial Inc. Prior to joining People's United, Mr. Trautmann was with the corporate securities and banking groups of the New Haven law firm of Tyler Cooper and Alcorn. Previously, he was with the New York City law firms of Shea & Gould and Olwine, Connelly, Chase, O'Donnell and Weyher. He served as Editor-in-chief of the Washington University Law Quarterly while in law school. He is a Member of the Connecticut and New York bars. Mr. Trautmann holds a Bachelor's Degree in philosophy from Washington University in St. Louis, Mo. and a law degree from Washington University School of Law.

Patrick Sullivan, is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Legacy Banks and President of Legacy Bancorp. Mr. Sullivan has over 30 years of experience in a variety of executive and management positions. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Corporate Banking with Sovereign/Santander. Prior to that, he served as Sovereign's CEO New England, previously serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Howard Bank, in Burlington, Vermont and First New Hampshire. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of a mid-sized family distribution business. Mr. Sullivan's current Board affiliations include the Business Development Corporation, The Massachusetts Bankers Association; the Massachusetts Business Roundtable; the Hundred Club; and the Berkshire Economic Development Corporation. Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of Bryant University with a B.S. and M.B.A, and he attended the Executive Management Program at Dartmouth College, Amos Tuck School.
