
Being able to help people on a daily basis from leadership of a team to helping customers/associates connect with work.
Depends on how you define "leadership team" and who you put in that group. My direct leader is great to work for and bought in to get us back to growth as are the majority of their peers.
They are realistic on challenges, goals and expectations. They are in the field and understand the work load and ways to get our teams motivated. Great people to talk with, bounce ideas off of and team up on projects.
Difficult to answer as there are different environments to work in, from branch, market, regional, national, senior leadership, and executive leadership. I believe all have their own culture. Living our values is the best culture we can provide in the field.
