Mr. Craig W. Best has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Penseco Financial Services Corporation and Peoples Security Bank & Trust Company since January 3, 2006. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at BancWest Investment Services, Inc. Additionally, he served as an Executive Vice President of Investments at Bank of the West. As President and Chief Executive Officer, he was responsible for overseeing all retail investment activities within Bank of the West and First Hawaiian Bank. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at several subsidiaries of Commercial Federal Corporation, including Commercial Federal Investment Services, Inc., Commercial Federal Insurance Commercial Federal Insurance Corporation and Commercial Reinsurance Ltd. He also held senior roles at Citibank Travelers Insurance and the Kemper Financial Institutions Group. He has extensive experience running advisory and investment companies. Mr. John R. Anderson III has been Interim Principal Financial Officer and Interim Principal Accounting Officer of Peoples Financial Services Corp. since April 8, 2016. Mr. Anderson serves as Senior Vice President of Planning for Peoples Security Bank and Trust Company at Peoples Financial Services Corp. He served as Vice President of Planning and Statistical Analysis Officer of Peoples Security Bank and Trust Company since June 2015. He served as an Assistant Vice President of Loan Administration at Peoples Financial Services Corp. From the merger of Peoples Neighborhood Bank and Penn Security Bank and Trust Company in December 2013 to June 2015, Mr. Anderson served as Vice President / Financial Analyst / Asset Liability Officer. He joined Penn Security Bank and Trust Company in April 2011 as Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Lending Officer. Before that, Mr. Tulaney was a Senior Executive Vice President and the Corporate Sales Division Manager of First National Community Bank, a position he held since 2008, when he was promoted from Executive Vice President. He was an employee of First National Community Bank from 1994 to 2011.

Mr. Ferretti serves as Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President at Peoples Neighborhood Bank.
