training leadership would be a start and making sure employees follow the rules and people are treated the same
Coworkers tend to stab people in the back and talk badly about you and the leadership does this with coworkers
It's just an awesome place to me.
They dont treat there employees as people
Compensation is lacking, upward mobility is limited. Individual managers can be make or break for the morale of the department and decisions from higher up never seem to be in the best interests of actual workers. Forcing workers to return to the office when its not necessary is a bad move.
