Great company and people, very fulfilling work

What do you value most about this brand?

Providing solutions and free tools, for any and everyone. High quality, irrespective of your net worth or your zip code! That's the way it should be all around!

What can this brand most improve?

The service has major flaws which they always blame on other people. My mortgage data does not pull down accurately nor do several of my investment accounts. They constantly blame the FI(s) and tell me the solution is to delete and then re-add my accounts. Service has gotten progressively worse.
