Mr. Dongjin Wang has been the President of PetroChina Co. Ltd. since July 28, 2013. Mr. Wang has been Vice President at China National Petroleum Corporation since September 2008. Mr. Wang serves as a Vice-General Manager of China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation. He served as a Deputy General Manager of China National Petroleum Corporation since October 9, 2008. Mr. Wang served as an Assistant President of China National Petroleum Corporation from January 2004 to October 9, 2008. He served as Deputy Director of Jiangsu Oil Exploration Bureau and then Deputy General Manager of China National Oil & Gas Exploration and Development Corporation, President of CNPC Great Nile (Sudan) and General Manager of CNPC International (Nile) Ltd. Since December 2002, he served as a General Manager of CNPC International (Kazakhstan) Ltd., and General Manager of AktobeMunaiGas Corp. Since October 2002, he served as General Manager of China National Oil & Gas Exploration and Development Corporation. He has over 20 years of working experience in China's Oil and Gas Industry. He has been a Vice Chairman of PetroChina Co. Ltd. since May 22, 2014 and has been its Director since May 18, 2011. Mr. Wang is Senior Engineer and a graduate from Huadong Petroleum University, majoring in Well Drilling.

Mr. Aiguo Lin has been the Chief Engineer of PetroChina Co. Ltd. since June 2007. Mr. Lin has over 30 years of working experience in China's oil and petrochemical industry. He served as the Deputy Manager and Standing Deputy Manager of Shengli Refinery of Qilu Petrochemical Company since July 1993. Mr. Lin served as Deputy General Manager of Dalian West Pacific Petrochemical Co. Ltd. since May 1996 and its General Manager since August 1998. He served as General Manager of Refining & Marketing at PetroChina Co. Ltd. since December 2002. Mr. Lin is a Professor-level senior engineer and holds a college degree.

Mr. Shouping Chai has been the Chief Financial Officer of PetroChina Company Limited since January 25, 2017 and served as its General Manager of Finance Department since March 2013 until January 25, 2017. Mr. Chai is a professor-level senior accountant. He has 25 years of working experience in financial operation and management of China's oil and petrochemical industry. From April 2002, he served as a Deputy General Manager of finance Department of the Company. From September 2012, he served as the Chief Accountant of China National Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Corporation (overseas exploration and development branch), a Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of CNPC Exploration and Development Company Limited and the chief financial officer of PetroChina International Investment Company Limited. He holds a Master's Degree.

Xia Hong Wei serves as Managing Director of PetroChina - Singapore, a subsidiary of PetroChina Co. Ltd. Xia Hong Wei also serves as Chairman and Director of Singapore Petroleum Co.
