Mr. Charles T. Goodson has been the Chairman at Petroquest Energy, Inc. since May 2000, Chief Executive Officer since September 1998 and also has been its President since July 2004. Mr. Goodson serves as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President at PetroQuest Energy, L.L.C. He served as the President of Petroquest Energy Inc. from September 1998 to May 2000. From 1995 to 1998, he served as the President of American Explorer, L.L.C. Since 1985, he has served as the President of American Explorer, Inc., an oil and gas operating company which formerly operated properties for us. From 1980 to 1985 he worked for Callon Petroleum Company, first as a landman, then district land manager and then regional land manager. He began his career in 1978 as a landman for Mobil Oil Corporation. He serves as a Director at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, Inc. Mr. Goodson has been a Director of Petroquest Energy, Inc. since September 1998.

Mr. Arthur M. Mixon, III, also known as Art, has been an Executive Vice President of Operations and Production at PetroQuest Energy, Inc. since October 2009. Mr. Mixon served as a Senior Vice President of Operations at Petroquest Energy, Inc. since January 1, 2001 until October 2009. From 1981 to 2001, Mr. Mixon accumulated twenty years of experience with BP Amoco PLC in a variety of engineering, supervisory and management positions in the United States, Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela. He served as a Drilling and Completions Manager-Deepwater Production Business Unit for BP Amoco PLC in Houston, Texas. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and was 1999 Chairman of the Latin America Drilling Safety Initiative. Mr. Mixon holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1980.

Mr. Edward E. Abels, Jr., also known as Ed, has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of PetroQuest Energy, Inc. since February 1, 2014. Prior to joining PetroQuest, Mr. Abels acted as a General Counsel for Texas Crude Energy, LLC and held various in-house counsel positions at Statoil Gulf of Mexico, LLC, Union Oil Company of California and KN Energy, Inc. Mr. Abels earned a J.D. and B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1993 and 1981, respectively.

Mr. J. Bond Clement has been Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Executive Vice President of PetroQuest Energy, Inc. since October 2009. Mr. Clement also serves as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at PetroQuest Energy, L.L.C. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of PetroQuest Energy, Inc. since March 7, 2008 until October 2009. Mr. Clement served as a Vice President of Finance at Petroquest Energy Inc., from May 2006 to March 2008 and its Controller until March 2008. Prior to joining PetroQuest in October 2004, he spent nine years in a variety of finance and accounting related management positions at Stone Energy Corporation and Freeport-McMoRan Inc. From 1993 to 1996, he worked at Arthur Andersen LLP primarily serving energy related clients. Mr. Clement holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 1993 and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Edgar Anderson serves as the Vice President of PetroQuest Energy LLC. Edgar started at PetroQuest Energy LLC in September of 2011. Edgar currently resides in Houston, Texas Area.

Mike Aldridge serves as the EVP, CFO and Treasurer of PetroQuest Energy LLC. Mike currently resides in the Lafayette, Louisiana Area.

Stephen Green serves as the Sr. VP Exploration of PetroQuest Energy LLC. Stephen currently resides in the Lafayette, Louisiana Area.
