Mr. Jack Clifford Bendheim has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Phibro Animal Health Corporation since 1988 and March 2014, respectively and serves as its Chairman. Mr. Bendheim served as Chief Operating Officer of Phibro Animal Health Corp. from 1988 to 1998. Mr. Bendheim joined Phibro Animal Health Corp. in 1969 and served as its Executive Vice President from 1983 to 1988 and as its Vice President and Treasurer from 1975 to 1983. He was a Co-Founder of PAHC Holdings Corporation. He has been a Director of Phibro Animal Health Corporation since 1984. He has been a Director of Empire Resources, Inc. since September 1999. He serves as Director at The Berkshire Bank in New York.

Mr. Larry L. Miller has been the Chief Operating Officer of Phibro Animal Health Corporation since July 1, 2016. Mr. Miller served as President of Animal Health at Phibro Animal Health Corporation since May 2008 until July 1, 2016. Mr. Miller's global responsibilities include Phibro Animal Health Division and Prince Agriproducts, after a transition period. He joined Phibro Animal Health Corp. (PAHC) in May 2008 with a successful record of over 20 years in the animal health industry. Mr. Miller was with Schering-Plough Corporation where served as a Vice President of Intervet/SPAH global ruminant business from 2004 to 2008. He also served as Senior Director of U.S. Cattle, Schering-Plough Animal Health of Schering-Plough Corp., since October 18, 2004. He served as General Manager of Australia-New Zealand Animal Health from 1998 to 2004. He joined Schering-Plough Animal Health in 1992 as a management associate; In 1993, he was appointed Product Manager and subsequently held various marketing positions of increasing responsibility, including leading the launch of the bovine antibiotic solution, Nuflor, in 1996; and In 1998, he served as General Manager in New Zealand before moving to his current position in 1999. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an executive MBA from City University of New York.

Mr. Richard G. Johnson has been the Chief Financial Officer at Phibro Animal Health Corporation (formerly, Philipp Brothers Chemicals Inc.) since September 2002 and serves as Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Johnson served as the Vice President of Planning and Control of Latin America at Ecolab Inc. from 1992 to 1999. In addition, Mr. Johnson served in various senior financial positions at Ecolab over a fifteen year period.

Mr. Dean J. Warras has been the President of Animal Health & Nutrition - North America at Phibro Animal Health Corporation since July 2016. Mr. Warras served as the President of Prince Agri Products, Inc since June 2006. He joined Prince Agri Products in August 2005 as Vice President, Sales, for Prince Agri Products. Prior to joining Prince Agri Products, Mr. Warras spent his entire career with Cargill, an international producer and marketer of food, agricultural, financial and industrial products and services, in the animal nutrition business. From 2001 to 2005, he was District General Manager for the Upper Midwest USA business, headquartered in Sioux City, Iowa and from 1998 to 2001, he was Country and District General Manager for Hungary. From 1991 to 1998, he served in a number of roles throughout the United States and Latin America, including Plant Manager, Administrative Manager and Manager of the Global Product Services Department. He holds a B.A. degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Mr. Thomas G. Dagger has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Phibro Animal Health Corporation since November 15, 2006. Mr. Dagger is responsible for managing the legal affairs of Phibro Animal Health Corp. He has a fourteen year career with AT&T. Mr. Dagger served as in-house legal counsel for AT&T Corp. from 1992 to 2006, where he served as Law Vice President and Vice President and General Counsel for Teleport Communications Group Inc. In this role, he was responsible for legal support for all of AT&T's U.S. network operations, research and development (AT&T Labs), worldwide customer care and business local services. He served as an Associate at the law firm of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton. He has significant breadth and depth of legal and business experience. He is a graduate of Duke University and the University of Chicago Law School.

Mr. Daniel M. Bendheim has been Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy of Phibro Animal Health Corporation since March 2014. Mr. Bendheim served as President of Performance Products of Phibro Animal Health Corp. since September 2004 until March 2014. Mr. Bendheim served as President of Specialty Chemicals Group of Phibro Animal Health SA and Phibro Animal Health Corp., (formerly Philipp Brothers Chemicals Inc.) since September, 2004. Mr. Bendheim joined Phibro Animal Health SA in 1997 and served as its Vice President of Business Development since 2001. Mr. Bendheim served as an Analyst at SouthCoast Capital. He has been a Director of Phibro Animal Health Corporation since 2013. Mr. Bendheim received a JD from Harvard Law School in 1996 and a BA from Yeshiva University in 1993.

Mr. Michael Giambalvo serves as President of Ethanol Performance Group of Phibro Animal Health Corporation and served as its President of Phibrochem, Inc.

Mr. George Moffett serves as Managing Director at Ferro Metal & Chemical Corporation, Ltd., an affiliate of Phibro Animal Health Corp.
