She joined ifeng, where she served in numerous senior and executive editorial positions at various Internet and media companies including Beijing Morning Post, Sina.com and MSN China. Ms. Liu holds a B.A. in History from Peking University.

Ms. Yip Ho, also known as Betty, HKICPA, AICPA, has been Chief Financial Officer of Phoenix New Media Limited since October 8, 2013. Ms. Ho served as Joint Company Secretary of A8 Music Group until November 27, 2014. She served as Chief Financial Officer of A8 Music Group since July 2007 and also served as its Qualified Accountant. She oversaw accounting and financial matters of A8 Music Group. She has more than 15 years of diversified experience, having worked in senior positions in corporate finance, private equity, retail and operations, such as the Strategic Capital Group. She served as Vice President of Corporate Development of LJ International Inc. at Lorenzo Jewelry Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of LJ International Inc. from 2001 to 2007. Ms. Ho co-founded Strategic Capital Group and served as its Senior Vice President. From 1993 to 1998, she held management positions with UOB Asia (wholly owned subsidiary of United Overseas Bank, one of the four major banks in Singapore), SSAL and Arthur Andersen & Co. She has been a Director of Phoenix New Media Limited since November 16, 2017. She served as a Non-Executive Director of A8 Music Group from January 15, 2011 to June 1, 2011. She served as an Executive Director of A8 Music Group since November 9, 2007. She served as a Director of Strategic Capital Group (HK) Limited from 2000 to 2001. Mr. Jianxiong Yue has been Vice President and General Manager of ifeng News App Business at Phoenix New Media Limited since September 19, 2017. Mr. Yue joined Phoenix New Media Limited in 2016. Mr. Yue has extensive experience in mobile media operations management. Mr. Yue founded ePeizhen in January 2015. He served as the General Manager of ikang.com. from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Yue served as the General Manager of Sohu's News App business, in charge of its mobile product planning and operations.

Ms. Xiaoyan Chi has been Vice President of Phoenix New Media Limited since September 19, 2017. Ms. Chi joined Phoenix New Media Limited (NYSE:FENG) in 2009 as part of providing branded advertising and marketing solutions to advertisers and was promoted to the position of Vice President in advertising in 2016. Ms. Chi has more than 15 years of experience in media marketing and management. She is the co-founder of China Internet Advertising Summit and Online Advertising Competition. She has extensive experience in branded communications and advertisement sales. Ms. Chi received an EMBA from Peking University and a bachelor's degree from Beijing Technology and Business University.
