Donald A. Miller has served as the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Member of the Board of directors of Piedmont Office Realty Trust since 2007. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Miller was the head of real estate activities at Wells Real Estate Funds, Inc. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Miller headed the U.S. equity real estate operations of Lend Lease, where he had worked since 1994. Prior to Lend Lease, Mr. Miller was responsible for regional acquisitions for Prentiss Properties Realty Advisors, a predecessor entity to Prentiss Properties Trust, a publicly traded REIT (which was acquired by Brandywine Realty Trust in 2005). Earlier in his career, Mr. Miller worked in the pension investment management department of Delta Air Lines and was responsible for real estate and international equity investment programs. Mr. Miller is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. He received a B.A. from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. He currently sits on the board of Directors of Pacolet Milliken Enterprises. From 2012 to 2015, he served on the Board of Governors for the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. He is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. Mr. Miller has almost 30 years of experience in dealing with virtually all aspects of real estate acquisition, financing, management, leasing, disposition as well as both portfolio and asset management experience. He also has an extensive personal network of contacts throughout the real estate industry given his involvement in ULI, NAIOP and NAREIT.

Mr. Christopher Brent Smith has been Executive Vice President of Northeast Region at Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc. since August 25, 2016 and has been its Chief Investment Officer since June 30, 2017. Mr. Smith served as Executive Vice President of New York Metro Region and Strategic Investments at Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc. until August 25, 2016 and served as its Executive Vice President of New York Area Portfolio since September 2015. He served as Co-Chief Investment Officer at Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc. since March 2, 2017 until June 30, 2017. Mr. Smith served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Investments at Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc. since July 2012. Prior to joining Piedmont, Mr. Smith served as Executive Director with Morgan Stanley in the Real Estate Investment Banking division, advising a wide range of public and private real estate clients on over $80 billion of transactions and financings. He has over eleven years of client advisement experience including seven years as an investment banking professional in North America and Asia. Mr. Smith holds MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and a Bachelor Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering with high honor distinction from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Carroll A. Reddic, IV has served as Executive Vice President for Real Estate Operations of Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Inc. since 2007. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Reddic was a Managing Director in the Asset Management Department at Wells Real Estate Funds, where he was responsible for supervising the firm's asset management function in its Midwest and South regions. Prior to joining Wells Real Estate Funds, Mr. Reddic was an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley (including the predecessor companies of The Yarmouth Group and Lend Lease Real Estate Investments) from 1990 to 2004, where he served as Portfolio Manager for domestic commingled investment funds and international separate account portfolios.

Mr. Robert K. Wiberg, also known as Bob, has been Executive Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Region and Head of Development at Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc. since November 7, 2012. Mr. Wiberg served as an Executive Vice President of Brandywine Realty Trust, a Holding Company of Brandywine Operating Partnership LP from January 5, 2006 to October 2012. Mr. Wiberg also served as Senior Managing Director of Metro DC & California of Brandywine Realty Trust until October 30, 2012. He served as Senior Managing Director of Metro Washington, DC Region at Brandywine Realty Trust since September 2006. He served as the Managing Director of Operations of Brandywine Realty Trust since January 05, 2006. He served as an Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic Region of Prentiss Properties Trust (also known as PRENTISS PROPERTIES TRUST/MD) from 1997 to 2006. His responsibilities at Prentiss included the development, acquisitions, leasing, construction, property management and asset management activities in this region. He served as a Development Officer in the Prentiss Los Angeles, Atlanta and Dallas offices and served at Prentiss Washington, D.C. office since 1988. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing. He served on the Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Chapter of the NAIOP and holds a Virginia real estate license. Mr. Wiberg holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, a Master of City and Regional Planning Degree from Harvard University and a B.A. Degree from Cornell University.

Mr. Robert E. Bowers, also known as Bobby, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc. since April 16, 2007 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Bowers served as a Secretary of Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc., and served as its Treasurer. He has an extensive experience of the financial services industry including investor relations, debt and capital infusion, structuring of initial public offerings, budgeting and forecasting, financial management and strategic planning. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at Wells REF and was a Senior Vice President at Wells Capital from 2004 to 2007. Mr. Bowers served as the Chief Financial Officer of CheckFree Corporation from January 1996 to August 1996. Prior to joining Wells REF and Wells Capital in 2004, he served as a Business Financial Consultant and provided strategic financial counsel to a range of organizations, including venture capital funds, public corporations and businesses considering listing on a national securities exchange. Mr. Bowers previously served as Chief Financial Officer of NetBank, Inc. from 1997 to 2002 and served as its Corporate Secretary since October 1999. While at NetBank, he participated in its successful initial public offering and subsequent secondary offerings and directed all SEC and regulatory reporting and compliance. Mr. Bowers was Chief Financial Officer and Director of Stockholder Systems, Inc. (SSI) from 1984 to 1995. He headed the merger negotiation team of CheckFree Corporation and Stockholder Systems and became Chief Financial Officer of the combined organization. Mr. Bowers began his career in 1978 as an Audit Manager for Arthur Andersen & Company in Atlanta. He served as a Director of NetBank Inc. since 1997. Mr. Bowers is a Certified Public Accountant and serves on the boards of various Atlanta-area non-profit organizations. Mr. Bowers holds Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University.

Bobby Bowers serves as the CFO of Piedmont Office Realty Trust. Bobby started at Piedmont Office Realty Trust in Dec of 2004. Bobby currently resides in the Greater Atlanta Area.

Kevin Fossum serves as the Senior Vice President of Piedmont Office Realty Trust. Kevin started at Piedmont Office Realty Trust in May of 2010. Kevin currently resides in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.
