Mr. Timothy L. Dove, also known as Tim, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Pioneer Natural Resources Company since January 1, 2017 and has been its President since November 18, 2004. Mr. Scott Douglas Sheffield, B.S. Petroleum Engineering, serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pioneer Southwest Energy Partners L.P. and Pioneer Natural Resources GP, LLC. Mr. Sheffield served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pioneer Natural Resources Company from August 1997 to December 31, 2016. He served as the President and Assistant Secretary of Pioneer Natural Resources Co. from August 1997 to November 2004 and its predecessor company, Parker & Parsley Petroleum Company. He served as the President of Parker & Parsley Petroleum Company Parker & Parsley since May 1990 and served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Parker & Parsley from October 1990 to 1997. He served as Vice President of Engineering of PPDC from September 1981 to April 1985. He was employed as a Production and Reservoir Engineer for Amoco Production Company. Mr. Sheffield has been Executive Chairman of Pioneer Natural Resources Company since August 1999 and as its Non-Executive Director since 1997. He has been Independent Director of WPZ GP LLC at Williams Partners L.P. since 2016. He has been an Independent Director at The Williams Companies, Inc. since August 29, 2016. He served as an Independent Non Executive Director of Santos Limited since February 24, 2014 until May 4, 2017. He serves on various industry and education-related boards, including the National Petroleum Council and the Maguire Energy Institute of the SMU Cox School of Business. He served as a Director of Evergreen Resources Inc. since September 1996. He is a recipient of the Permian Basin Association's Top Hand award, which recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership within the oil and gas industry and the Permian Basin community. He is also a 2013 inductee into the Permian Basin Petroleum Museum Hall of Fame. Mr. Sheffield obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas.

Mr. Chris J. Cheatwood has been an Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer of Pioneer Natural Resources Company since June 6, 2017. Mr. Cheatwood served as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Technology at Pioneer Natural Resources GP LLC, the general partner of Pioneer Southwest Energy Partners L.P. since May 2010. Mr. Cheatwood has been Executive Vice President of Business Development & Geoscience at Pioneer Natural Resources Co. since November 2011 and served as its Executive Vice President of Business Development & Technology from February 2010 to November 2011 and also served as its Executive Vice President of Geoscience from November 2007 to January 2010. Mr. Cheatwood served as Executive Vice President of Geoscience of Pioneer Natural Resources GP LLC, the General Partner of Pioneer Southwest Energy Partners L.P since June 2007. He served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Exploration of Pioneer Natural Resources Company from January 2002 to November 2007. He assumed the responsibility for executive oversight of Canadian operations on September 15, 2003, as part of its expansion programme. He joined Pioneer Natural Resources Co. in August 1997 and served as its Vice President of Domestic Exploration since July 1998 and Senior Vice President of Exploration since December 2000. Before joining Pioneer Natural Resources Co., he spent ten years with Exxon where his focus included exploration in the Deepwater Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Cheatwood is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and earned his Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Tulsa.

Mr. Richard P. Dealy, also known as Rich, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pioneer Natural Resources Company since November 18, 2004. Mr. Dealy served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Pioneer Southwest Energy Partners L.P. Mr. Dealy served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Pioneer Natural Resources GP LLC, the general partner of Pioneer Southwest Energy Partners L.P. since June 2007. He joined Pioneer's accounting team in 1992 and served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since 1998 until November 2004 and having served as Controller since 1995. He is a Certified Public Accountant and prior to joining Pioneer, he was with KPMG Peat Marwick. He served as a Director of Pioneer Natural Resources GP LLC, the general partner of Pioneer Southwest Energy Partners L.P. since June 2007. Mr. Dealy serves as a Director at Pioneer Southwest Energy Partners L.P. Mr. Dealy graduated with honors from Eastern New Mexico University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance.

Mr. Mark S. Berg has been an Executive Vice President of Corporate/Vertically Integrated Operations at Pioneer Natural Resources Company since June 6, 2017. Mr. Berg served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate/Operations at Pioneer Natural Resources Company since August 2015 until June 6, 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President until September 4, 2015. Mr. Berg has been Executive Vice President of Corporate at Pioneer Natural Resources Co. since may 2014. Mr. Berg was an Executive Vice President of Pioneer Natural Resources Co. since April 1, 2005 and its Chief of Staff since January 2014 and served as its Assistant Secretary. He served as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel of AIG American General, Inc. from 1997 to 1998. Mr. Berg began his career in 1983 as an Associate with the Houston-based law firm of Vinson & Elkins, L.L.P. and served as a partner from 1990 through 1997. Mr. Berg graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University in 1980 and he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in 1983.

Ms. Stephanie D. Stewart has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Pioneer Natural Resources Company since June 2014. Ms. Stewart is responsible for the Information Technology (IT) organization, ensuring IT alignment with the business strategy and for providing innovative technical solutions. She is also an Advisory Member of Pioneer's Management Committee. She has more than 20 years of information technology experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining Pioneer, she served as Vice President of E&P Data and Analytics and Strategic Integration at Devon Energy at the end of her 12-year tenure there. Prior to Devon, she worked at Williams Energy for four years and BP Amoco for three years. She participated as an Executive Board Member for the Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma and is a Board Member for the University of Oklahoma Tip-In Club. She was also a member of the Passion Team for the American Heart Association Go Red for Women. Ms. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and has her Executive MBA in Energy from the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business.

Ms. Margaret M. Montemayor has been Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Pioneer Natural Resources Company since March 13, 2014, Ms. Montemayor served as Corporate Controller of Pioneer Natural Resources Co. from April 2012 to December 2013 and Director of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting from June 2010 to March 2013. She served as Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP since June 2006.

Mr. Jerome D. Hall, Jr., also known as Joey, has been an Executive Vice President of Permian Operations at Pioneer Natural Resources Company since August 2015. He is a co-owner at Jennifer and Jerome D Hall,Jr. Trust. Mr. Hall served as an Executive Vice President of Southern Wolfcamp Operations at Pioneer Natural Resources Co., from August 2014 to August 2015. He is responsible for all planning, development and operations activities in South Texas. He has been instrumental in leading Pioneer's development of its Eagle Ford Shale assets since 2010. He joined in June 2013 as Senior Vice President of South Texas Operations until August 2014. He served as Vice President of South Texas Operations at Pioneer Natural Resources. Prior to his involvement in South Texas, he served as an Operations Manager in Alaska, where he was responsible for all drilling, production and construction activities. During his time in Alaska, Pioneer completed the Oooguruk development, establishing Pioneer as the first independent oil and gas company to produce on the North Slope of Alaska. Previously, he held several positions in Worldwide Facilities, where he managed offshore, onshore and international projects across the Company, including the Falcon deepwater development in the Gulf of Mexico. He began his career with a predecessor company, MESA, Inc., in 1989. Mr. Hall holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.

Mr. Mark H. Kleinman serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President at Pioneer Southwest Energy Partners L.P. Mr. Kleinman has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Pioneer Natural Resources Company since January 2014 and served its Corporate Secretary since June 2005 until August 2015. Mr. Kleinman has been an Assistant Secretary at Pioneer Natural Resources Co., since September 4, 2015. Mr. Kleinman served as Vice President of Legal at Pioneer Natural Resources Co. He served as Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Pioneer Natural Resources GP LLC of Pioneer Southwest Energy Partners L.P. Mr. Kleinman served as the Chief Compliance Officer of Pioneer Natural Resources Co. since May 2006 until May 2013. Mr. William F. Hannes, also known as Bill, has been Senior Vice President of Special Projects at Pioneer Natural Resources Company since January 24, 2017. Mr. Hannes serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Pioneer Southwest Energy Partners L.P. Mr. Hannes served as Senior Vice President and Special Management Committee Advisor at Pioneer Natural Resources Co. since September 2, 2014 until January 24, 2017. He served as Executive Vice President of Southern Wolfcamp Operations at Pioneer Natural Resources Co. from February 2013 to September 2, 2014 and served as its Executive Vice President of South Texas Operations from February 2010 to January 2013; Executive Vice President of Worldwide Business Development from November 2005 to December 2007; and Vice President of Engineering and Development of Pioneer Natural Resources Company since September 15, 2003, for the South Africa operations. He joined Parker & Parsley in July 1997 as Director of Business Development and continued to serve in this capacity after it's formation in August 1997 until he was promoted to Vice President of Engineering and Development in June 2001, which position he held until November 2005. Mr. Hannes held engineering positions with Mobil and Superior Oil. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering.
