Mr. Jerome D. Hall, Jr., also known as Joey, has been an Executive Vice President of Permian Operations at Pioneer Natural Resources Company since August 2015. He is a co-owner at Jennifer and Jerome D Hall,Jr. Trust. Mr. Hall served as an Executive Vice President of Southern Wolfcamp Operations at Pioneer Natural Resources Co., from August 2014 to August 2015. He is responsible for all planning, development and operations activities in South Texas. He has been instrumental in leading Pioneer's development of its Eagle Ford Shale assets since 2010. He joined in June 2013 as Senior Vice President of South Texas Operations until August 2014. He served as Vice President of South Texas Operations at Pioneer Natural Resources. Prior to his involvement in South Texas, he served as an Operations Manager in Alaska, where he was responsible for all drilling, production and construction activities. During his time in Alaska, Pioneer completed the Oooguruk development, establishing Pioneer as the first independent oil and gas company to produce on the North Slope of Alaska. Previously, he held several positions in Worldwide Facilities, where he managed offshore, onshore and international projects across the Company, including the Falcon deepwater development in the Gulf of Mexico. He began his career with a predecessor company, MESA, Inc., in 1989. Mr. Hall holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
