It's been a fantastic 7 months so far and I'm excited about all the growth and new opportunities just for 2022 alone. It's a fantastic place to work that truly cares about its employees and customers.

Their transparency and ability to address the hard stuff.

Being trusted to make autonomous decisions. Minimal micro managing.

The uniqueness and diversity of the people that work there. The ability to grow!

Super communicative/caring/trusting people. They ask questions when needed and raise up issues even if it's uncomfortable.

It's a great package overall. They truly care about you as a person. You're not just a worker bee.

They are fun. We're super quiet, so it's hard to get everyone to talk, but once we get going it's a good time.

Getting to chat and work with new people on different teams than my own. Just the work that the team is churning out and that I get to work on is exciting.

The diversity and the ability we have to show up as ourselves, knowing that we will be loved and accepted fully. Everyone is on the same team and willingly ready to lend a hand.

For being such a high up team, they are so personanle and you can literally talk to them anytime. You don't have to go through gatekeepers to have a conversation with them. Everyone is treated as an equal and no one is too high up to talk to.

This is the first time I've ever been fairly compensated for the work that I do, salary wise. And it's the first time I've had benefits! HA! So I'd say that everything is fantastic and just the fact that I have these benefits is a true gift. The company really cares about me.
