What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about employees and have some good policies. Unlike other places I've worked before, the management consists of highly skilled technical people who understand a problem if I explain it to them.
Open communication and opportunities for all levels of staff to engage with leadership
Constructive values they really follow through with. The leadership is very humane and treats employees fairly and respectfully. They are also very approachable and available to everyone.
The leadership values their employees and are genuinely interested in their well being.

I am well paid and I have stock options in the company that I know will be worth a significant amount, because our product is amazing
The compensation package is higher than I had expected when I started with the company and stock options are a great incentive.

Daily exchanges, people from differents culture and back grounds

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusion and diversity are at the core of our company, and I really appreciate the fact that we aim to have a positive impact on the sector regarding climate change.
Giving utmost Importance to people and understanding their differences.
The people, a genuine want to help colleagues do there jobs better and make each others jobs easier
We are a remote company (no commute time) and very inclusive
I get the flexibility and scope for career growth here. I get a lot of good timely feedback and people are generally nice.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Very honest, straight forward, I was kept informed about the process and next steps
Well planned and well informed process.
They were not obsessed with DS and Algo. Rather, the questions asked to me were real world problems that a computer science graduate would address in a company like this
It is more on practical questions and am glad that this company was not obsessed with DS and Algo
