They were not obsessed with DS and Algo. Rather, the questions asked to me were real world problems that a computer science graduate would address in a company like this
It is more on practical questions and am glad that this company was not obsessed with DS and Algo

The process was clearly explained.
The interview was challenging and to be honest, I thought I'd failed the technical interview miserably. But my honest "I don't know" answers and my ability to find a solution elsewhere were recognised as being just as valuable as knowing the answer from the outset.
The explanations provided about the role gave me a good idea as to what I would be doing in the role, company culture and the possibility of progressing my career.
It was with several people from HR to the team and our European counterparts. It gave you a good idea of who you would be working with and what your role would look like. It also showed that they wanted to make sure that you were the right fit.
No useless tests. Only a couple of interviews. Everything went quite fast. They also cared about personality and whether you might be a good fit for the company

The interview process was long and had many interviews. After the process, I understood why it had so many steps and each was purposely setup so that we could understand the working culture better.

Free flow questions. Very practical questions.
I loved meeting leadership and it was always a conversation, I never felt on the spot or uncomfortable. I got a very clear idea of what kind of a leader my boss is and it made my decision to join incredibly easy.
Meeting with a lot of different interviewers from different part of the business, diverse profiles.
The transparency and the honesty of the interviewers. I knew I could trust them all, which ultimately made me join them (on top of having a great product). Trust and benevolence speak volume.
