Mr. Gabriel de Wet, also known as Gawie, B.Sc. Eng (Mech) has been Head of Mine Engineering at Platinum Group Metals Ltd since February 23, 2017. Mr. de Wet served as General Manager of Engineering - AQPSA of Aquarius Platinum Limited since March 2003. Mr. de Wet served as Acting General Manager of Kroondal at Aquarius Platinum Limited.

Mr. Mlibo Gladly Mgudlwa, B Juris, LLB Postgraduate, Dip has been a Vice-President of PTM RSA (Pty) Ltd. of Platinum Group Metals Ltd., since November 2011. Mr. Mgudlwa serves as a Corporate Law Advisor of Platinum Group Metals Ltd. He is employed at Mnombo Wethu Consultants CC. He served as an Executive Director of Statutory and Legal Affairs at Wesizwe Platinum Ltd., until August 2011. He served as a Senior State Advocate for the High Court of Johannesburg for a period of six years. He Founded Africa Wide Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd., and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He has demonstrated skills in forging relationships between communities, the State and commercial interests. Mr. Mgudlwa practiced for six years as a Senior State Advocate for the High Court in Johannesburg. His experience includes corporate governance, contracting, litigation and general business management. He serves as an Executive Chairman for Pomashos Security. He has been a Non-executive Director of Wesizwe Platinum Ltd since November 2009. He serves as a Director of Sarong Investment Holdings. Mr. Mgudlwa holds B Juris, LLB degree from University of Durban Westville and a Postgraduate diploma in Corporate Law from Rand Afrikaans University.
