Mr. Andrew J. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge and was a member of the honorary accounting fraternity, Beta Alpha Psi. He is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School and is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Belstock served as a Senior Vice President of Plumas Bancorp. from September 2010 to July 19, 2012. He served as Controller of Plumas Bank and served as of Plumas BanCorp. since June 2006. He served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Sierrawest BanCorp. since August 1997. He served as Senior Vice President of SierraWest Bank, a subsidiary of Sierrawest BanCorp. since June, 1994. He served as Senior Vice President of Sierrawest BanCorp. from July 1994 to September 1996. From August 1989 to August 1999, he held the position of Controller of Sierra West BanCorp. and Sierra West Bank. He served as Interim Chief Financial Officer at Plumas BanCorp. and Plumas Bank from March 31, 2010 to November 17, 2011. He also served as Vice President of Plumas Bank since June 2006. Mr. Reeson is Retired and he was formerly with the U.S. Forestry Service, Quincy, CA.
